   I've found this practice to be excellent, all staff are welcoming, professional, caring and helpful and have always been available when required.I've just seen the phlebotomist, unfortunately don't know her name but she's from New Zealand, and she was fantastic. She was ahead of time, calming, caring, professional and relaxed me for a process I detest.

   Very unhelpful and rude receptionist. Booking appointment is the worst! Can’t book any appointments through walk-in. Need to use the online Patch, but it’s only open at an exact time like 8:30 and 11:30. If you missed it, you need to wait again the next day.

   I was at another surgery and my doctor retired and the service had really deteriorated so changed to Schopwick approximately a year ago. I am blown away by the service I receive at this doctors. Nothing is too much trouble. Everyone you speak to receptionists, doctors, nurses are all so friendly and helpful and they all go out of their way to help you. The first doctor I saw was Dr Khattak and saw her a few times, such a lovely, kind manner and really helpful with my medical needs. I have seen other doctors too all have been really good. Dr Badiani is also fab, he removed 2 cysts that were causing me problems and was so knowledgeable and thorough. It’s amazing that you can get these procedures done at a GP surgery. Obviously no one wants to have to see doctors out of choice but when you do need to it’s lovely to know you are in great hands with really helpful and friendly staff. This is often a rarity with the NHS so stretched. Thank you to all the staff at Schopwick survey

   Despite the challenges most surgery's face, offering advice or appointments as and when needed by patients, I have to say this surgery has been really good so far. However, I feel compelled to write this review for Dr Moses who I've been fortunate enough to see for two long term medical issues. Simply exceptional Doctor and more than that, a truly compassionate human being. Outstanding professionalism and ethics. Has helped me to get the right help and on the way to recovery. Blessed to have such great doctors at this practice!

   I have been with Schopwick for thirty years. Most if the time I have found them extremely helpful. The majority if the staff are very caring and helpful and I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone requiring a GP practice.

   Yesterday I needed some help which was difficult to explain. Dr Jonathan Moses was on the line, a doctor previously not known to me. I had some anxiety getting to the point. He was a super listener to my problem and most helpful almost like a friend. If Dr.Moses is new to Schopwick I wish him a warm welcome. I wish to express my appreciation and gratitude to him in these difficult times. May I take this opportunity to thank everyone at Shopwick for looking after my family Leslie

   I have submitted two of the most carefully thought through and helpful observations to improve their operations and asked for acknowledgement. I never got any and my advice was evidently not acted upon. On one occasion I was asked to wait by the receptionist while she finished typing a letter. One often feels that patients are a nuisance and are only there for the receptionists to parade their own self importance.
