   Don't no why they're rated so low, they absolutely don't deserve it! I've been with them since my daughter was born 6 years ago I now have a son registered with them too and they've never failed me or my kids, the nurses, Drs and reception staff are all a credit to the surgery and I'm forever greatful!

   Been with Little Bushey Surgery for over 6 years now. After moving around, I would safely say this is the best surgery I have experienced as a patient. I find I can speak to reception quickly when booking an appointment. Dr Ganguly is brilliant. I always feel I am listened to and leave feeling reassured when speaking to him. Even though it is not the nearest Surgery to me, I wouldn't move as I appreciate the level of care that is provided to patients. Thank you

   the receptionist are so helpful, doctors are so personable, the patients who complain ,would probably complain if they were to go to be seen privately in Harley Street. Do you not acknowledge amount of pressure there is in NHS. Dr Ganguli and his team are the best in the area, i work in customer services for largest media company in Europe. Show some appreciation , for the service these guys offer. Thks for 20 years care you have provided my Family.

   I’m really sorry to write this because I know the doctors are good but poor management. Takes forever to book an appointment. Don’t prescribe any tests for monthly recurring issues. Advice shared as if it’s coming from Google. Sorry to say.

   Absolutely disgusted at the pure incompetency of the surgery, the staff and the medical care they apparently provide. The reception staff would rather stand chatting about the summer holidays over seeing patients in to the surgery and the doctors seem incapable of filling out a simple form.

   After contacting my doctor about an issue that I had, my family and I are deeply grateful when they made arrangements for us to visit the practice to see an advanced nurse practicioner, despite telling us it was Dr Ganguly's day off. Jirina was so incredibly helpful and professional, the visit went smoothly and my concerns were resolved by the end of the day. We would like to thank her as she even sacrificed her break to see us. It was also very nice of Dr Ganguly to keep in contact with us during my entire visit. Thank you!
