   I received a parking charge from Euro Car Parks despite clearly displaying a valid Blueinvisible throhowefailedand This is extremely unfair and misleading. Ignoring visible evidence and issuing tickets based on incomplete or selective photographs shows poor practice and lack of professionalism. The ticket was issued without proper justification, even though the Blue Badge was present and on display. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when using car parks managed by Euro Car Parks, as tickets appear to be issued without fair or accurate consideration of the evidence.

   Terrible reception staff - my gp had for some reason booked me in here to get a blood test done. I called up to let them know I would be late - after waiting 10 min, they answer but put me on hold 4 times. I then finally get to talk to someone and she says sorry can’t help, ask your doctor and hangs up - very, very odd. I could barely hear what she was saying either cause the other staff in the background was talking so loudly.

   I had an appointment for my baby’s BCG vaccination. They scheduled it without considering my availability, which I didn’t mind. But when I arrived, I was told the nurse was not available. Very unprofessional and disappointing!

   We had a wonderful session with Andrea Janine Capdevielle Schurmann and my son, who is 2 years and 3 months old. It was truly amazing! Andrea is an outstanding paediatric physiotherapist — so kind, attentive, and full of positive energy. She did everything through play. While observing and gently checking my son’s legs and movements, he didn’t even realise he was being assessed. Everything felt like a fun game — they were jumping like frogs, pretending to be a rooster, and running around the corridor. My son was absolutely delighted and didn’t want to leave! I was really impressed by Andrea’s approach. I wholeheartedly recommend her to any parent looking for a great physiotherapist for their little one.

   Every time I go to the GP they make me wait for half hour and today I was 20mins late and that too for the first time in the last 12 years and Dr Shazia Shah rejected to see me as I was late. There were no patients in the waiting area but still she didn’t see me. Why do they keep us waiting for 30mins even though we are on time but can’t see us when we are delayed because of traffic and for the first time. Absolutely ridiculous practice. No wonder they have 2 star rating. Also when I said that how can the doctor not give us some consideration as it’s the first time they started laughing at me.

   The Heart of Hounslow is a large multi-provider health centre close to the main high street in Hounslow town centre. On the first floor the blue wing is the eye testing facility or the NHS eye screening for which I had an appointment today. My tests were done by a fantastic professional optician Dr. Mohammed, who made me feel so comfortable during all the tests he did on my eyes. So far the best I have seen in UK. Do take your eye screening tests here if you can.

   Requested a regular prescription on Tuesday, Friday 4 days later nothing has been sent to my pharmacy. Trying to be in contact with the all afternoon, phone doesn’t even ring. Result of this I’m without my medication.

   Nice staff, nice doctor, not a long wait. My little son was very impressed and well taken care of by the doctors. He was a little bit scared, but they made sure he is comfortable and stress free. ( Laryngologists) good job guys. What's not to like?

   Can anyone explain why it takes the reception/clerical desk team over 1 hour to answer a call? For someone that rarely goes to a Dr. but pays a large sum of money monthly and for nearly 40 years to the NHS,this is wholly unacceptable. Worse too is that its not even a queueing system, you're just left on hold without any update. Disgraceful. Just hung up after 40 mins of waiting to someone to answer. Last week it was a hour and 10 mins. Its the same when I have to call for my elderly mother, also rarely. Please employ a new desk team who are swift, courteous and professional as those there currently are sub standard!
