   Overall good service and the stuff get sorted, but difficult to find and make appointments, which is main stuff otherwise what is the point, some stuff are a bit unpleasant too.

   Excellent service, booked the appointment online. Very easy to get one. Full examination and battery of tests done dating the appointment. I felt listened to and reassured by the doctor. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses and the doctor were excellent. Highly recommended. No need to worry or feel anxious, you're in good hands at this service!

   On the website, it states the phone lines open at 8am . I called and there was no answer. I traveled there and get to clinic today at 9:05am, with no line and no one waiting yet receptionist says they're fully booked. I asked about the QR code for the test and how I tried to use it before, yet it says I'm out of range even though I live ten minutes away. The receptionist says they can give you when you go to your appointment. So I now have to travel another 30 minutes and wait 20 minutes to be seen.

   Called for over an hour from 8am no answer, book online page isn't working so walked in. Receptionist bit my head off before I even finished my sentence. She did apologise once I finished but it's really not nice to be shouted at when you're already feeling vulnerable and embarrassed.

   I have had a great experience. From the doctor that explained absolutely everything to the nurses and assistants on the day. The appointment was right on time, I didn’t have to wait. Top treatment, from caring to explanations. And really felt looked after when my pulse didn’t pick up as quickly as it should.

   The most incompetent GP I've ever dealt with. the staff never knows anything. documents are incorrectly completed. The GP does not cooperate with the hospital. therefore the healing process is very difficult. the women working at the front desk never know what to do.

   5 star, always been a good experience here ! Receptionist was lovely on the phone and I got an appointment really fast, very happy with the in house service too. My nurse was very friendly and one of the best I’ve had and I’ve been to a few different sexual health clinics. Everything went smoothly. Definitely don’t understand the bad reviews. My time there was very good. Overall happy with it.

   This is the most horrendous surgery I have ever had to deal with. They have cancelled my appointments with the nurse 5 times in the last few months, and booked a nurse's appointment during covid for some strange reason and one day before called me to tell me its been cancelled again due to covid! Even though I had taken annual leave from work to attend this. Nobody know what they are doing in this practice, I finally went for my nurses appointment at 1040am today to which I was called 30 minutes late as usual and the lady took my temperature and claimed it was too high, she came back 5 minutes later with an ear thermometer and again said "I wont be able to see you" your temperature is too high, I asked her to show me the reading, and my temperature read 37.7c, which is the average temperature for a human being. I said you have got to be kidding me? I would not attend the practice if i felt unwell, as you can see I am completely fine, she said no your temperature needs to be at 36c. I explained the situation about how they keep messing me around with appointments and pleaded to be seen after a cold glass of water to which she refused. I again booked annual leave for an appointment and in return I got nothing. Awful awful practice, would NOT recommend!!!! Please be aware they never answer their phones either. The only doctor who is fantastic there is Dr Khan, but she should not be a part of such an awful practice.
