Went for my annual NHS diabetic eye test. NHS has an area right at the back where they do the tests.

Why do you even have a phone number listed if no one bothers to answer?!?!

not a bad centre at all but an array of anti social behaviour from youths outside the centre I wonder what the youth clubs are doing to keep these youngsters out of trouble or are they rubbing everything under the carpet allowing these youngsters to become bad people

The receptionist I dealt with was really lovely & dealt with our booking efficiently. When we went for the blood test for my daughter, some of the people were swearing & threatening. The lady remained very calm & treated us all the same...extremely politely. I think the receptionist needs a security guard after what I have experienced.

When i called to book a blood test, the receptionist was very rude and did not let me finish speaking when i was trying to find out from my non-English speaking parents whether it was fasting or non-fasting and they asked me to hang up the phone instead. Would not recommend this place unless they fixed their attitude.
