We were not happy with out former GP surgery we heard about Hatch End and decided to register with them and am glad that we did. The waiting room is cozy and has nice atmosphere. The nurses are kind, caring and make you feel at ease. The G.P. have always treated us with care and consideration. Our prescriptions are always send to the pharmacy on time. 3 years or so and we are happy. I will strongly recommend this practice.

I have been a patient at Hatch End surgery for over 10 years. In that time, Dr Rudd has proved to be the most patient, caring and compassionate of doctors. She genuinely cares about her patients and, importantly, ensures they receive prompt and appropriate treatment. I pray she continues working there for the next 30 years!

I have been a patient at the Surgery for many years and my Family and I have always been extremely happy and very appreciate of all the help and advice given to me by Dr Rudd and Dr Dawood. They are great Doctors. I have great confidence in the Doctors and I am very grateful indeed with the knowledge that my health and well being is looked after so well by the Doctors. They are always willing to spend time with me and will always offer sound advice. The Practice Staff are always helpful to me. You hear stories of other Doctors Surgeries where patients cannot get an appointment to see a Doctor for weeks. This is certainly not the case at Hatch End Medical Centre when usually you can get an appointment to see a Doctor within 24 hours, and if urgent on the same day !!! Excellent !!! A very happy and appreciative Patient .........

i was treated by the senior nurse at the practise and i found her really efficient, she did my checks and talked me through step by step she has an lovely caring and professional manner and explains everything in a way i understand. i felt extremely comfortable at all times, she was very kind and delivered a very nice experience. i feel the health care practitioners are a good team and support one another, reception can be a little abrupt however overall, i've found this to be a well-run practise where i am treated with respect. thanks guys!!!!!!

The practice was busy and noisy when I came for my appointment however I was seen quickly by Dr Dalal. She helped me immensely with me getting my treatment and she sent me to a specialist, whom I urgently needed. Having seen her several times she is very good at her job. A a pleasant and professional clinician with a sympathetic and helpful nature. She is an asset to Hatch End Medical Centre

The team at this surgery have gone over and above to ensure that my husband was taken care of, when I grew increasingly worried about his health. The receptionist was kind, compassionate and listened to my concerns. Dr Rudd went out of her way to see my husband urgently, and he had the relevant tests done in a timely way to provide us with assurance. The phlebotomist (Lynn) was also lovely and slotted us in, despite this being a busy winter period. Given the pressures on the NHS, this is a great example of how far our primary care teams really do go for their patients. Thank you again.

The worst GP I have had to deal with. The way they talk to their patients is vile, abrupt and rude. I have lost count of the number of times my wife has complained about their lack of professionalism and empathy towards her, as a new mum in the area. Front of house staff are a joke and all but one doctor still working from home which makes appointments overrun. The health visitor needs to get a new job because she is not fit for purpose. Also, access into the building needs improvement. How are mums with prams meant to get into the building when you leave half a door open and lock the other half. I would understand this on a normal working day but on days where you have baby clinics, expecting mums to bring their babies to the GP AND you still decide to lock half the door, it doesn't make any sense. I rarely leave reviews on websites but this medical centre is the worst. Honestly, if you are thinking about moving to this area, with the way this medical centre treats their patients, I would consider finding somewhere else to live. I am only giving 1 star because I cannot go any lower.

The service and receptionists are absolutely vile in this practice. Rude, disrespectful and sadistic. I've observed the way they treat minorities or elderly people with an accent and it's sickening. People shouldn't have to fight to get an appointment. Giving someone an appointment 1 month away but then speak to another person and they will give you an appointment on the basis if they like you. Very sad!

Thanks God I am not registered at this practice. But unfortunately my mum is, in the past 10 years every time I get in touch with the reception of this practice I feel like smashing their useless faces (only if they answer). When i used to take my mother for appointments, minimum she would have to wait 1 hour or more from the time of her appointment to be seen by doctor. If my mother would be late even 2 minutes they would refuse to sign her in. They are racist to the max.

Very, very, very poor service! If I could give no stars I would! Doctors are excellent especially Dr Dawood and Dr Sharma but some of the receptionist are incredibly rude, no manners, no customer care and very abrupt. Please could someone in the medical background give these receptionist some training on excellent customer care. There is no need for such rudeness when people are already feeling poorly and low in spirits and a simple kind voice or even a smile would make a difference! If anyone is thinking of joining this surgery please please go elsewhere as the first contact is the receptionist will leave a very bad taste in your mouth!
