I’m so lucky to have Sabrina and her colleagues based here in Hampton Wick … as soon as I get a relapse of my arthritis and it’s associated aches pains, I know I can get an appointment very quickly with Sabrina and within a day or so, all aches and pains have disappeared!!! What more can you ask for?! Wonderful!!
I have been treated by Christian for a few years now and can't recommend him enough! With numerous previous sports injuries he always provides immediate relief and reassurance. He is very thorough with his consultation and by far the best osteopath I have ever visited.
My daughter and I have been seeing Christian for over five years. He's a fantastic Osteopath and we look forward to our regular catch-up and treatments! Everyone I know who has been treated by Christian has spoken highly of the interest he shows in his patients and the care he puts into their treatment. In particular, he always takes time to explain what he is doing and why. I really can't recommend Christian highly enough!
Quiet place, very professional and clean environment. I've been there only for Osteopathy, benefiting from Sabrina's expertise to treat my long term back problems (due do my previous job). Among many professionals I've met in the past she is the only one that leaves me long term pain free. Also, I always receive instructions on posture and exercises to do in order to stay healthy and avoid to need treatment too often. Assuming that all the above reflects the general policy of the establishment, I strongly recommend to try their services. Every penny is well spent there!
I’ve been visiting Hampton Wick Health for osteopathy with Christian Lutz. The clinic is easy for me to get to from Kingston, as it’s just over the bridge. It’s a lovely modern and clean clinic and a really nice place to be in. Christian is a fantastic osteopath, who has listened to my concerns and been treating me in a caring and warm manner. All the team I have come into contact with have been so friendly and helpful. I really couldn’t recommend Hampton Wick Health any higher and I feel grateful to have found it.
Had fabulous Pilates with Sabrina. She is very competent and skilled and caring and made the lessons enjoyable and very beneficial.

I had an osteo session with Sabrina when my shoulder painfully seized up following some vigorous manure digging on the allotment. After a thorough assessment she massaged and mobilised the shoulder and gave me suggestions for things to do at home to support the healing process. A week later I am pain-free and back to full mobility. I have been a body worker myself for nearly 20 years, and Sabrina's quality of touch is up there with the very best I have ever experienced. She kept me beautifully at the comfortable edge of discomfort. I felt safe and that she was fully present and attuned to what needed to happen. She's also great fun to natter to. I am, of course, not planning to injure myself again, but it feels great to know exactly where I would go should it happen.
It’s been 18 months since my last massage, and I can honestly say I've just had the best Sports massage from George at Hampton Wick Health. George is extremely thorough, astute, and considered with his technique to the individual. I came with a list of ailments as a yoga teacher, and he was able to treat all and thoroughly. Elsewhere, I have experienced quite painful and intense Sports massages, but George applied just the right pressure and I really enjoyed the treatment which I'll be returning for more of. To add to this the clinic and rooms are very calm, clean, and pleasant, as are the team and overall experience. I would highly recommend.
