   Holly is an incredibly professional and kind practitioner who made the entire microblading experience smooth and enjoyable. Her attention to detail was evident from the start—she took time to carefully draw and design the perfect eyebrow shape before beginning the tattooing process. Everything was thoroughly prepared, and the numbing cream she used was high quality, making the procedure virtually painless. The clinic itself is spotless, easy to find, and has a calming atmosphere. I was welcomed with a comfy chair, relaxing music, and even a lovely coffee, which made me feel right at home. Holly’s warm personality and engaging conversation added to the comfort—she’s not only skilled but genuinely lovely to talk to. After the treatment, I received a vitamin A+D ointment to use at home. The results speak for themselves—beautifully shaped, fuller brows that look natural and refined. I couldn’t be happier. Truly worth every penny!

   I trusted Holly to do my microblading eyebrows and I am so pleased I did! From the very first consultation she could sense I was nervous as I’ve never had anything like this done. Holly was patient and caring. She asked all the right questions and made sure the brows were drawn on to perfection. The treatment didn’t hurt as I would have expected it to and I feel this is down to Hollys expertise and care. Holly is a true professional and I have the best brows of my life!    Had hated my nonexistent eyebrows for years then came across Phoenix Clinc and Holly did an amazing job of micro blading my eyebrows with perfection. I was nervous about ending with chav eyebrows but I needn’t have worried Holly did a fabulous job of making them look natural.The process itself takes approx 2hrs as Holly delicately draws the eyebrow shape we then discussed and agreed the colour then the micro blading starts.There is very little discomfort as numbing cream is put on the area. My eyebrows were very dark to begin with and after a couple of weeks it faded to look even more natural. Very happy with the results!

   Am really, really pleased & impressed with results - doubly so because I wasn’t even sure I needed it (as I thought I had a lot more hairline than I really did) But their treatment complimented the little hair I had left, and now people say I look years younger. For those wary of hair transplants/weird lotions etc, this is the perfect solution as it not only works, it looks great
