Absolute scam. You discuss the appointment beforhand i.e symptoms, what yo expect and cost, was told £75 for the appointment. Walked out with a £170 bill. Majority of that being towards tea. For those that like to learn through experience, take note: 1.They take advantage of the elderly. 2. Do not leave your elderly relatives alone in the place. 3. Request a breakdown of the final bill. For those who are cautious: Don't go, it's a waste of time and money. P.s you can buy the teas from chinese shops for a fraction of the price. They are making a mockery of chinese medicine. Greed ruins everything.

I am a tourist from Singapore. I injured my right upper thigh and need some acupuncture treatment urgently. This Is my 2nd acupuncture in UK. I just Google and go to seek for help and Dr Yu is skilful. I can say he is one of the best TCM doctor I ever have. Btw, I paid £65 compared to another one that cost £80 and may not be so effective.

If I could give 0 star I would. My elderly father went there seaking treatment for trapped nerve. They stated one price in consultation and once my dad was lying down kept on adding more costs. Which should have been £45, ended up being £120+ They took advantage of my elderly father and his state. Please avoid at all costs and save your money.

I don’t even want to give them a star, they deserve nothing. Complete scam, my father who is a pensioner and went in for a foot massage which should have cost £20 came out being charged £125, even charged for the oil dr yu used to massage. I was away and he went alone and this horrible man Dr Yu took advantage of him. I don’t even believe he is a doctor as he is so unethical. Please avoid this place by any cost and do not let anyone who is vulnerable to go alone as they will be completely taken advantage of. Shame on you Dr

I went with very sore neck and pain in my arm for four months. The doctor did acupuncture and put chinese patches and the next day I was ok. Also had herbs for my liver. Highly recommended.
