   My recent visit was for low back pain and spasm. Having been to other physiotherapist in past for the same problem I decided to try The Green Clinic based on web information, level of experience, expertise and patient testimonials. Stephen examined and analysed what I had in the first session. He spent time explaining to me the underlying cause of the problem so I fully understand what needs to be corrected and can better manage, alleviate similar issues in the future. He gave a proper structure to follow, variety of personalized exercise program and useful tips which aided my recovery. I found him knowledgeable and helpful. I followed the exercise regime properly. I began to see improvement after 3 sessions and was done by 6. I am very happy with my treatment. I would highly recommend!

   Steven has great listening and overall communication skills. He understood what discomfort I was experiencing, took me through a full body analysis and gave me some good advice on how to treat this particular injury. this injury, which was lower abdominal tear was bothering me for months on end and now that I’m back to strength and conditioning with my lower abs the pain is almost gone. Sometimes we’re afraid to go back to what caused the injury in the first place but little do we know it could be the cure ! Thankyou again Steven !

   I highly recommend The Green Clinic. Stephen is professional, caring and not only listened carefully to all of our concerns and history but worked a plan towards our son's recovery to fit in with his needs and wishes. We were treated with kindness and reassurance and only seen a couple of times having been given a recovery plan to take away with us. Stephen replied to further emails and offered recovery advice to additional queries without asking us to visit again. We would never go to anyone else!

   Stephen treated my son after a knee injury he sustained playing football. He saw him weekly until my son had no more pain in his knee. Stephen was patient and knowledgeable, giving my son advice on exercises he could do daily to build up the strength and agility he needed in his knee and legs so that he could return to the game he loves so much. My son feels so much more confident in himself and his body, knowing that he will be able to do what he loves again because he was treated with care by Stephen and listened to his expert advice.
