   My partner went in on her lunch break and 3 girls today were more concerned with trying on jackets whilst on the shop floor and were either oblivious to waiting customers or didnt care. If head office care to check CCTV to see what i am reffering to you can check todays date 22/07 12:30pm. When asked who is working it took multiple attempts to get someones attention, it shouldnt be this way, no wonder people prefer to buy online because staff just dont care.

   This was the first SB shop I ever went into when visiting London several years ago and where I made my first purchase. The staff there were unbelievably nice and helpful and when I described what my style was and the fabrics and colours I liked they helped me pick out a selection of clothing - all of which I bought because they were just so spot on! Since then I have been hooked on SB clothing and purchasing online because there is no SB in the country where I live.
