   Unbelievable how quickly my blood results came through less than 24 hours. Simon (Practice Pharmacist) was really great when he phoned me to discuss the results and pmap out the next steps.This is a 5 star practice with a great team from reception all the way through. Only negative is holding on for someone to sander the phone but when they do they are alll so polite

   I saw Dr Khattak who was amazing. I moved from Colindale surgery because I felt like the doctors didn’t really care about my conditions. Dr Khattak made me feel seen and heard. She empathised with me and went above and beyond to help me find answers to the health questions I’ve had for a couple of years. I’m truly grateful to have seen such a wonderful doctor! The receptionist staff are really kind and helpful. They answer your phone calls and even have a call back option so that you don’t have to wait on the phone during the inevitable busy hours. Lastly, they don’t shy away from face to face appointments - something I was literally crawling for with my old practice!

   I recently moved to the area and was able to register myself and my son straight away. I’ve been able to get an appointment for us both quite quickly. Reception/admin staff are great and Dr Tinnis is absolutely amazing. Definitely glad I read past the negative comments here.

   I usually have positive things to say about this surgery but i've just been kept on hold for an hour and a half to be advised that "There are no appts today and I need to callback tomorrow" - I understand appointments are limited but why keep me on hold for 1.5hrs and then tell me to do the same again tomorrow? Why not have an automated message that says you are full for the day? I have a severe infection, I need treatment/antibiotics. They are telling me to go to A&E which seems like a complete waste of time for the A&E dept as a 2 minute phone call could have easily arranged some treatment.

   The main reason for me to stay in the Borehamwood area, is because of Schopwick Surgery. People appear to want to find negativity in everything they see or do! But I have only praise for Schopwick. It’s a terrific practice with GP’s who actually see you. I say this, because I know of so many people who have a surgery where they cannot get an appointment. I would give Schopwick 10 stars if it was possible and tell the Doctors and supporting admin team don’t listen to the negative vibes, you cannot please everyone.
