I spend long hours in front of the computer for work, which has caused me severe frozen shoulder and stiffness in my neck and shoulders. Sometimes it even led to intense headaches. Thanks to Dr. Fu’s excellent floating needle acupuncture, my pain has been greatly relieved. After each treatment, I feel completely refreshed, like a new person!
I booked online, arrived on time, got taken 20 min late to tell me they couldn’t take me because I didn’t book by phone and somehow by internet it didn’t work. Then they finally took me, but charged me 10 pounds extra for the “diagnostic”. Even though the lady was nice, it was a messy experience due to all of that and I wouldn’t go back there.
I’ve been going to Dr Hong for the past 4 years and she has helped me with various different issues. Initially my knees had been hurting for a while and I was recommended by a friend to try acupuncture with Dr Hong. She was incredible! I felt instant relief and while the damage with my knees are done, I find acupuncture helps to ease the pain and I go to get acupuncture when I feel like I need a reboot. She also helped my wrist when I injured it during exercise and with a couple of sessions of acupuncture, it was as good as new. Dr Hong is very caring and patient. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and amongst the best in her profession. I highly recommend her practice!
I was recommended to Hong by my friend who found her treatment very helpful. It was my first-time experiencing Acupuncture for my sciatica pain and Hong made the whole experience incredibly rewarding. She is very friendly, attentive and has listened to my issues and carefully customized the acupuncture sessions for me. After 3 sessions, I can already see the improvement in me and the excruciating pain I had on my first session is no longer there, and she has brought the pain down to a manageable level, which I’m sure will reduce further in the next couple of sessions. Hong is extremely knowledgeable professional and caring – the clinic was always clean and warm in the cold month of January. I highly recommend her not only for different types of pain but also to provide an energy boost. And best of all reasonable price!
Sciatica treatment. Firstly I’m terrified of needles. But I was in so much pain I was desperate to see anybody who could help. All the chiropractors in my area were fully booked so I stumbled across Dr Hong and Herbal medic acupuncture clinic on Google. I had two treatments a week for the first four sessions and after that three more treatments, at a week apart. I began to feel better after my second treatment and fully healed after my sixth session. I can’t thank Dr Hong enough. She is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I totally recommend her to everybody.
Excellent place to reduce the neck and shoulder pain torture after just one session! The nice lady was very patient in understanding and checking up my problem. She came up with such fantastic acupuncture solution which improved my life quality. Very clean, warm and cozy treatment room, one can fall asleep while enjoying the magic acupuncture! Hong really understood my neck issues and was very thorough before treating me to an accupuncture session. I slept tonight for nearly 8 hours first time in a week I have got more than 3-4 hours max! and drastically reduced pain If my second session moves the issue along any further i will be thrilled but as it is today day one after treatement its 70% back to normal in movement and similar decline in the pain experienced for past 7 days + Highly recommend

Excellent clinic! Providing great support for pain management using both traditional and modern acupuncture techniques. The acupuncturist is very thorough and listens to any concerns raised, providing targeted treatment where necessary. She's honest about the effectiveness of the treatment and gives good advice on the treatment options available. Not to mention, great value for money! I would definitely recommend this clinic for anyone looking for alternative therapy.
