Iβve just come across the priory by looking through my phone and felt I was to unwell when I was there roughly 10 years ago so I wanted to give my thoughts now. The priory was a great place to gather your thoughts. I was very unwell and yes there was some famous people came and went when I was there and they got treated no differently than me or anyone else. My treatment was planned and I was kept busy with different therapyβs which was very productive. I must give a big thank you to the therapy team where I loved cooking I was aloud to bake several times a week which the staff and patients did not mind because I made loads of cakes over the 16 months I was there. Also big thank to the restaurant team they were great and very caring and friendly. And letβs not forget the staff on the wards they were all very helpful and very caring. Also the gym was a great place to let of stress. Big thank to Dr Collins for taking great care of me he was one in a million. So in general you really would not say being in hospital is a great experience but I must say I got great memories and I made some great friends and not forgetting the great big BQ in the summer . Big thank you to all .

The addiction therapy program at the Priory Roehampton is outstanding. A mix of workshops and group therapy led by excellent, seasoned therapists, offers a transformational experience that can deliver lasting recovery. The outpatient step down program facilitates deeper, more intense work with smaller groups of peers. Highly recommended.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks and offer some feedback for my treatment by the ATP team. Firstly, Talid is an extremely talented professionally and a credit to the organisation. He challenged me and understood my issues before I did. He painted a clear picture , was factual and i learnt to trust his expert professional opinion. The assignments he gave me surprised me but having completed them, they were exactly what I was experiencing. I feel supported, understood and confident as a result. His professionalism and challenge is a particular talent, to cut through any facade or mask and unpick the important issues. I feel I could have continued to con a less talented therapist, but not Talid! Who I have great respect and thanks for. The other ATP Therapists Everyone I worked with have a unique style but a common approach which can best be described as elite care and a will to help. I cannot think of anything negative. Thank you The ATP programme I feel there is room for daily or 3 times a week group therapy. Lots come out in these sessions and I know my peers and I found these some of the most powerful sessions.

I was a patient at this hospital after suffering from depression. The staff were great and by doing painting I recovered from depression. The physiotherapists in the hospital were brilliant Special wishes to Steven Munt. who I knew a long time ago. He detected that I had problems when he shared a house with me in Galveston Road Putney

Dubious Practices with Dr. Rohan. Despite having full insurance for potential treatment and assessment, her admin team call you late at night, on personal mobiles or via email, telling you to settle all invoices yourself and claim them back, despite them having had the details for months. Feels like a scam. I cannot understand why a Physician that is happy to be recommended by a leading insurance company is not prepared to deal with the insurance company rules on payment. The administration conducted by her assistant, Marianna, is atrocious, calling you from her personal mobile on sunday nights trying to re-organise treatments, presumably because Dr. Mohan is making insured payments pay upfront and so they cancel. All in all, a shocking experience.

Administrators are virtually uncontactable. No one responds to emails. Iβve been trying to change psychiatrists for well over a month so Iβve essentially been without care for that time. The administrator who was meant to be handling my change then went on leave for 2 weeks without giving me any warning. Multiple times I was told I would receive a call or an email from various secretaries which never happened. Very frustrated - if I was beginning my care again I would definitely not go here.

I was deeply shocked at the treatment my Daughter (Adult) received. Not only did the consultant prescribe a drug that was in conflict with her epilepsy, he was unable to give a valid reason as to why he had not discussed this with my adult Daughter beforehand or even provide any constructive advise for her treatment. My other concerns is that the quality of the food is very poor leading to my Daughter loosing over 8 pounds in just weight over 2 weeks. The one aspect is that there are some good people employed there but I would suggest that this is a clinic that does not meet the standards it advertises.

This is a place you go when you are desperate and at your most vulnerable. You will be used and drained until you can give no more. You will then me thrown out, a lot worse then when you walked in. I can't say enough about The Priory Roehampton I had dealings with them myself, going to them at a time of need. My mother also had a long stay with them because she was mentally unwell. It is as disgusting organisation. Money, is what they want. They will rinse you of everything and they will give you nothing. They will treat people with severe mental health issues like animals. The place has a very creepy atmosphere. The people don't care there, they really don't. You would believe that the price = good care. This is far from the truth. Stay away from here. And if you love your family member keep them as far away from these people as possible.
