The worst receptionist I met is Mary in this surgery. She was blaming the noise in the back office and the glass in front of her face and asking me to shout loud my name DOB when I asked her to give me a pen and paper to write it down because itβs confidential she started to get rude and judging my attitude etc. All I can say is I am paying taxes to give a salary to a person to mistreat me. It is sad. This surgery has to make sure what kind of people employ in the front office because I donβt come there because I feel well but because I feel ill, I am in pain etc. That Mary lady has no empathy, no respect and not patient for anyone who enters that place. Please get rid of her.

I fell very ill, and I was told to go to William Drive after booking online as urgent. After waiting at the William Drive surgery for 45 minutes, they have informed me that it was actually Crowshott Avenue i was supposed to go to. This is completely unacceptable in the state I was in, I nearly collapsed a few times on the way, it was a 1.2 mile journey. I was then punished further and told to wait even longer as my place had been lost in the queue, all because of a monumental error from the surgery. It is completely unacceptable and I urge for call recordings to be listened to for training purposes, and to prove my point of being sent to the wrong surgery. The staff are not adequate at handling urgent situations and make basic mistakes. This could have ended up a very serious situation. I urge for the practice to be investigated properly as it is not fit for purpose.

Impossible to get an appointment. Getting Oasis tickets is easier. Not had a problem with the Drs on the extremely rare occasions I got an appointment but they are exhausted, understaffed and overwhelmed with too many clients on the books. A perfect example of a failed and collapsing surgery. Easier to go to A&E.

Whenever I see a helpful, friendly, and professional receptionist, I find they are helping the patients with extra mile support. Like today, I met Trisha, who was helpful and cheerful. I noticed in the past as well. She would engage with patients to give her the best possible service. Because of her helpful manner, I wanted to know her name.

Don't waste your time registering. Been registered with this practice for almost 3 years and have only ever managed to get 2 appointments. Receptionists are rude, give short and unhelpful answers and have 0 telephone manners. You can never get an appointment and when you finally do they tell you it'll be between 09:00 - 17:00 which when you work full time is near impossible to ensure you can reach the phone. If you miss the call, you try to call back and they don't answer its apparently constantly busy. They advised to start the process again and you have a 4-6 week wait for a new appointment, that's if the online booking system is even open.

Absolutely awful behaviour from staff at this place. They cancel appointments without notice on a whim, refuse to give the paperwork for results to patients and especially treat elderly non-Caucasian patients horrifically. Iβve decided to move my mother and the rest of the family away from here. They simply donβt care what damage they do. I canβt believe theyβve been allowed to practice the way they have been for so long. My advice: stay clear of this place

This is a ridiculously rude practice, they simply donβt care if they offend you. Iβd even go as far as saying they were racist, so if youβre not white Caucasian, expect to be bullied and messed around. When I complained and said Iβd move, they welcomed me to, one less non-white patient!

After a few hiccups booking in my baby's 8 week check and immunisations I had a great experience at William drive. We were seen on time and it was handy to have both appointments at the same time. The receptionist at William drive was efficient and helpful. She arranged for my bloods to be taken while waiting for my baby's immunisation appointment. Thank you.

I have been a patient since the day they opened and can reassure you that the member of staff professionalism has always been poor and also inefficient. However in recent years it has become even worse. The receptionists are rude and inefficient . Moreover some of the doctors seem to have forgotten the Ethics of their Hippocratic Oath and treat patients with inconsiderations. There used to be couple of very good doctors , unfortunately they have left. All the member of the staff also seem to forget their duty of care which is to provide a service regardless of race and gender and treat everyone the same . A reminder, the patient is at the center of the care.

Staff, especially receptionists, are rude and short with you here. I have been told a few times by the receptionists when the surgery said they would call that they couldn't give me a set time for my appointment and that the fact I work during the day and need a specific time is 'not their problem and they've done their job, now i should do mine'. I couldn't believe my ears. Doctors seem competent here but can be short-tempered.
