I was referred to Ascenti for a shoulder issue. Had two sessions that totalled 25 minutes. First session was 15 mins where they confirmed my diagnosis, but wouldn't give me exercises until the second session. Second session was 5 mins of massage and then 5 mins of showing me exercises - surely I could have been shown these in session 1 so that I could get started. Session 3 I rearranged with 20 hours notice and was warned if I did not give 24 hours notice they would fine me... The physio then cancelled my rearranged session with 45 minutes notice! 2 week wait to get another session, which the physio has just cancelled again ( 20 hours notice this time). Cancelling the remaining sessions as they are ripping the insurance company off.

I was referred to Ascenti for my hip issues and I am very grateful to have a lovely physio, Kanishka, who was fantastic at interacting, assessing and finding solutions for my hip pain. Her approach was patient-centric and looked at history and any foundational issues that may have contributed to the problem as well. Highly recommended!

Had physio sessions with Rozha as I was experiencing back pains. She certainly put me through my paces during the sessions and the end result was no back pain. Could not recommend her more highly.

Absolutely top drawer experience with Stanmore Chiropractice. Roza was calm and incisive in her diagnosis and did some great remedial work with me. After a few weeks my condition has improved immensely and am now back to normal. Would recommend Roza as a PT to anyone that has similar issues.

Great experience here, Simran is very friendly and understood exactly which exercises I needed to strengthen my neck, shoulders and back. I had 12 sessions as my back was in a bad way after my car accident. I’m feeling much better now thanks to the expert advice given.
