   If I could give these less 1 I would. Level of care I received its terrible and disgusting. Now part of bupa still makes no difference. I had a patch test done 5 weeks ago and told i would get my 1st appointment following week. Now its the 2th of Jan and nothing has been done. This messed my mental health and mental state over while festive period. Fact is they only have 1 person in whole building does facial laser removal and only works 2 days a week is beyond me. Now looking another clinic due this terrible service. Never again

   Dr Nisha is amazing! Skin screening done here is the smoothest experience and she explains everything very well. As someone who has a parent with skin cancer aka genetically higher risk, it is good to go somewhere for checkups where you feel so safe and comfortable.

   My wife had a skin biopsy on 22nd July performed by Dr Samantha Keegan. After chasing up the clinic several times she received a first set of results on 13th August stating 'further levels requested'. It is now 17th September and despite several phone calls and promises to call back no results have been provided...8 weeks later. This is now causing her undue stress and anxiety. We could NOT recommend the Stratum Dermatology clinic to anybody.

Dr Suramya Keragala was brilliant in every sense - professional, empathetic, reassuring and kind - and what was a challenging procedure to experience was made so much less distressing than it might otherwise have been. I felt that I was in excellent hands from start to finish, and I was fully informed every step of the way.

Since my treatment commenced and throughout, Dr Taylor has gone above and beyond in dealing with my skin condition. I am profoundly grateful for her patience, diligence and outstanding expertise. Always making time available to answer any queries and concerns. Truly a first class Consultant Dermatologist. I'm so pleased with my progress in such a short space of time.    I am glad to have been referred to Dr. Marisa Taylor at Stratum Dermatology Clinic in Wimbledon. She is a wonderful doctor and has given me a treatment plan that worked so well for my type of skin condition. I highly recommend Dr. Marisa Taylor's expertise. Also, the clinic is very clean and well-presented and the staffs are helpful and super friendly. The service was absolutely 5-star!

   Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this clinic, three times my appointment was cancelled or moved to a time slot that suits them but not me. Last time when I was making my way to see Dr Assim they let me come all the way to the clinic, even though I had extremely tight schedule myself on the day, and then they said they need to cancel cause doctor has to catch a flight?! Very disrespectful

   Absolutely disgraceful service. They changed my appointment without my permission. They prescribed me with medication which was not available in the UK and pharmacies could not get access to and it was ridiculously expensive. And when they did provide me with the something that was available in the UK they could not even send a simple prescription to my local pharmacy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

   The Wimbledon Branch at Stratum Dermatology Clinic is fantastic. It is clean, hygienic and for laser hair removal, I would highly recommend Larysa Pavlyuk. She is very professional, experienced, attentive and has a vast amount of knowledge, I always feel confident in her hands.
