I’ve been with this surgery for over 30 years. Always had ups and downs with the docs and receptionist. When they changed over to online only on 15th September 2025 everything was great for the first few weeks. Forward till end nov/December 2025 , absolute nightmare treating patients who have been ever so loyal to them for decades like nibwits. All we want is our repeat medication and doctors to actually listen and some receptionists with more than 2 cells. Don’t take on 17 thousand patients over your 2 sites in Burntoak and Stanmore if you can’t cope with a couple of medications and urgent referrals for children and adults that could be life saving. Awful commutations between them and hospitals. Seems you’re not entitled to your own medical records neither.

Brilliant set of drs, so happy with all of my experiences here. Receptionists are very helpful, nurses have been good to use during the vaccination visits. Drs have found a cows milk protein allergy relatively quickly, drs have been quick when me and my daughter have needed antibiotics. Cannot fault them one bit, I wish I had registered with them sooner. It’s a 4 minute walk from home, same day appointments with dr’s who are professional, polite, helpful and very knowledgeable and they all listen and have found the issues first time. They also send out text messages about events they hold to talk about specific health concerns etc which I’d never heard any other dr surgery doing, this is great. And they have a pharmacy ‘Jade’ opposite which is soooo handy. Thank you all for your hard work, you’ve really changed my daughters life

Dr M Khanbhai was very professional and helpful in my recent visit to the surgery. He listened attentively to my health complaints, did the relevant physical examinations and prescribed accordingly. I have been using the surgery for over a decade and have always found the GPs and other members of staff polite and helpful.

I’ve been with this amazing GP since 2017. Honestly, you can’t faulty them. Special thank you to the amazing Dr Amit Shah, who’s extremely empathetic, efficient and humble. He always listens to his patients’ concerns carefully and act accordingly. The receptionists are polite and helpful. There wasn’t one time they didn’t offer me help when I called. Truly lucky to have you as my GP! Thank you!!

The whole process with the clinic was absolutely excellent. They got back to me within minutes of my request. Doctor Abdu was outstanding and the lovely receptionist Paulina was also so kind and wonderful, and it truly feels like a privilege to be treated at this clinic

The receptionist Janet was incredibly rude! I called to ask for a phone call appointment for results. And her tone of voice, attitude was horrible, she even mockingly laughed. I don’t get why she works there when people who work at a medical practice have the responsibility to take care of patients And to say the least talk to them nicely. It’s ridiculous.

The telephone staff are so incredibly rude, patients call the number for assistance but the ladies answering the phones talk to you like something at the bottom of their shoes. The ladies with an accent are more helpful that the English speakers. They speak to you like dirt and hang up without even saying bye and this was not at the busy time of the day this was at 2pm in the afternoon. Your front of house is letting you down as a practice. Would change practice if is wasn't all such a hassle to move the entire family.

My family have been patients of this surgery for 50 years. The care we have received has been exemplary. Dr Shah has looked after my 100 year old Father, helping his transition into a care home and going over and above what was required to make sure he could be cared for with dignity. I would highly recommend this caring surgery.

On the call, I've been greeted with "Hello, what's wrong with you?" Very aggressively. As I didnt want to wait too long at A&E I wanted to check if I could get an appointment to see if Ive sprained my knee and hand during a vehicle accident, my response was "Shouldn't you go to the hospital for that" very sarcasticly. Very uncomfortable experience and I regret not commenting on her attitude towards me, but I shrugged it off thinking she had a bad day. Then I remembered her voice and seeing her at the GP months ago, she was also very rude to other patients and starts gossipying to her colleagues about them. Very unprofessional, rude and downright just unfriendly. If this how people get treated when they need medical support now, I hope to god you sort out your people skills.

Unprofessional staff and no manners. Patient suffering and staff busy in gossip and love Island contestant discussion in working time. Do not recommend and avoid booking vaccine appointments cause they won't let you give the right vaccine.
