This is the first time I took this treatment in UK. And the result was incredible natural, which was exactly what I want. Already booked the next treatment.

I just finished my 7th laser hair removal session, and I’m so happy with the results! The difference has been incredible, my hair growth has slowed down so much, and my skin feels smoother and softer with each visit. The whole experience has been wonderful from start to finish. The staff are always welcoming and professional, and the clinic is super clean and comfortable. I especially want to mention Aliza, who’s done my treatment twice, she was amazing! I can only speak for my personal experience, but I had 6 sessions of laser hair removal for my bikini line in 2021 - mostly at Thérapie Watford, with the final 2 sessions at Thérapie Brent Cross. At the time, it was hard to tell how well it was working because I had to shave the area before each appointment so the hair never had time to fully grow back before I would shave again for my next appointment. Now a year later, it's very clear that it didn't work at all - I still have just as much hair in the area as I did before (although maybe slightly finer hairs). I'm aware that 6 sessions isn't supposed to be enough to completely get rid of all hair but I understand that it should have got rid of about 3/5 of the hair. Sadly I've come to the conclusion this was a waste of money for me, I don't know whether that's something unavoidable to do with my skin or hair or whether it was the quality of the treatment.
I’ve done laser in other clinics and with other beauty technicians, but this by far has been my best experience. Special thanks to Cindy, she endured I was okay with the settings/pain tolerance at all times. She was very polite and comforting. Finally, she did not make me feel like she was in a rush but she actually completed the treatment exceptionally, no areas were missed at all! She is amazing at what she does!

haven't had a bad experience with a therapie yet. brent cross has become my go to branch. front desk staff are helpful and accommodating. my initial appointment with amelia was adjusted but they didn't hesitate me to find me a new appointment with my preferred technician the next day.
