   I have attached pictures of the food i received Nashville burger was a plain chicken burger without any coating on it and the classic burger was burnt Upon returning to the store staff were very arrogant and just justifying the food they gave The cashier was more interested in her boyfreind who eas sitting there than serving the customers

   Quality of products has definitely changed over the years. Had the chicken burger meal, totalling £11. Its not the worst burger ive had but also not the best. If it was half the price then it would've been acceptable but as it's meant to be higher end it was abit of a messy let down. The guy taking the orders was very odd... he was also taking out bags of rubbish that were dripping bin juice all over the floor whilst we were eating. Doubt I'll return

   Arguably the best food I’ve had in Birmingham! Burger was fresh and had so much flavour. The rustic chips are unbelievable amazing crispy texture with great potato content. I urge you try this and you won’t be left disappointed. Shop is lovely, service is good, prices are also fair.

   What a delightful hidden gem. In amongst the high rises and the overpass there’s this insanely tasty burger joint. Simple, Affordable a perfect as a stop in on your way into town or somewhere quiet to chat over food. Well cooked. Well seasoned burgers. Fresh ingredients. I had onion rings on the side and they were substantial but not oppressively large.

   Good was top tier. 10/10. Had the double double burger which was the best beef burger I had so far. Service was normal nothing too special or bad. The sitting area was very unique. Has a Texas feel to it.

   I chose the "double double" burger which was rather tasty! With a side of chicken strips, which were a pleasant surprise to me... i'm a big fan of KFC boneless strips but these knocked by KFC and McDonald's chicken strips out of the park! Very nice modernised venue! Food came out quickly, whilst we were there at a quiet time of day and my only concern/issue is a pin code toilet which seems a bit obstructive to customers having to ask for access...

   Best burgers I've had in a very long time, the food was so nice that even after a large portion you don't feel bloated. don't forget to try the hot wings, it was superb. Great service from Mustafa, he recommended us the Mushroom burger meal which was delicious.

   Missing items always. I went in to collect my order, ran a few errands, when I got home. Out of both burgers (both includes turkey rashers) there was Only 1 on 1 burger. ??? Taste wise, outstanding. However when a customer pays for extras & the customer is there getting the order. Not a delivery driver. There was no communication for the missing items. No compensation. I also payed extra for sweet potato fries and got normal fries… Can you please make the burgers as they are described. Or to not be disappointed I will have to stick to just the patty’s in the burger??? Why should a customer pick a simple burger because the restaurant can’t make the burgers with added ingredients…. No customer likes loosing out on money like a business doesn’t. Overall 2 burger meals £22

   Not rated, the sweet potato fries were not edible, absorbed in oil! The burger did not work for me, the sauce was a bit too tangy and the burger didn't hold well. The massive onion chunk in the burger showed a lack of interest in crafting a good product and the overall experience wasn't a great one.

   Definitely worth going back, the atmosphere was very nostalgic with a comforting touch, the service mediocre, the food was amazing, one to add to the books, really nice juicy burgers, perfect made perfect ingredients sad about the temperature they were medium warm but fantastically fresh nonetheless, the sweet potato fries a great combination and they served Nahwals Algerian sauce, Great combo and perfect meal. The portion size in the burgers could have been a bit bigger, Well done. Definitely be back!
