   I came here for a massage after reading all of the great reviews - but what I received is not at all what I expected of somewhere with 5* reviews. The whole experience was quite unsettling - when I walked in there was no one at the desk and no one came up, the therapist just shouted up at me to take a seat. A while later she shouted for me to come down. The massage room was in a cold and fairly dark basement that I felt was an uncomfortable setting. I was then told I needed to do a bank transfer before the massage could begin (I had not been given the price or any bank details before this point) and the therapist had to spend a while looking for the bank details so that I could sort out the transfer. When we started 10 minutes late I said the room was very cold, the therapist then turned the heating on but for at least 45 minutes I felt very cold and therefore the “relaxing” massage was not very relaxing. The massage itself was ok but the experience as a whole was off putting and wouldn’t go back.

   This place is a hidden gem. They have a king size bed instead of a regular massage bed and Sylwia gave the best massage I ever had for a reasonable price. I could really feel the attention to detail. 10/10

   I loved Sylwia’s massage, which left me feeling relaxed and reenergised. She uses a wonderful combination of techniques and is a very skilled, intuitive masseuse. The massage table is huge, heated and comfortable. The booking process was smooth and efficient, via text message. I would highly recommend!

Super easy to book via text and they are always very flexible on times. It's not easy to find an affordable high quality massage in London but this place is perfect!

   I spend a lot of money on Botox. I couldn’t open my eyes for 6 weeks. No refund offered. Took 6 months for it to fully wear off. Really upsetting being asked for months by friends and family what I had done to my poor face.
