   My experience with Therapie Clinic has been the worst I’ve ever had. I had been a long-term client and purchased two packages: Full Body and Full Face. Later, it turned out that laser hair removal on my face was ineffective and even contraindicated due to the type of hair I have. This was confirmed by other staff members — but only after I had already completed several sessions and paid in full. I contacted them multiple times requesting a price adjustment, since I was not receiving the treatment I was sold. What did I get in return? — Copy-paste responses with no real engagement — My emails were ignored — Eventually, I was refunded only for the Full Face package, while the Full Body package — where the real issue lies — was never addressed. As of writing this: • The refund they promised has not been received • I’ve had no response for over a week — my emails are being ignored • My request to escalate the case to a senior member of staff has also been ignored I have all the emails, documents, confirmations, and screenshots. If this is not resolved, I am prepared to file a formal complaint through Trading Standards and other regulatory channels. Avoid this place. It may look professional on the outside, but inside it’s nothing but poor service, unqualified staff, lack of accountability, and total disrespect for clients. It’s a money-making operation — nothing more. One more frustrating thing: you can’t choose your therapist. Every time it’s someone new, with zero consistency. Appointments are constantly delayed, and yet they call you exactly at 5:00 PM asking “Where are you?” even if you’re literally standing at reception. Easily the most exhausting and absurd client experience I’ve ever had. Update: Adding clarification regarding the clinic’s response to my review. Unfortunately, Google Maps does not allow attaching screenshots here. This is a warning to potential clients: stay away from this company. The response I received from the clinic’s staff member is one of the worst I’ve ever seen when filing a complaint. It’s entirely generic, formal, and doesn’t offer a single concrete step or solution — despite the issue having persisted since November 21. Today is December 17. After a full month, the White City branch staff still haven’t provided me with contact details for management, despitmultipe direct requests. If you do have a direct contact for the Therapie Head Office, I would sincerely appreciate it. If not, I will simply escalate this matter to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards, as further communication with your clinic is no longer possible.

   Sara was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, which made my mom feel comfortable from the beginning. She booked her Potenza appointments with Sara and traveled all the way from Ealing just to see her. My mom is very scared of needles, and we weren’t even sure she would be able to go through with all the appointments. Sara was so patient and reassuring, and she really put her at ease. Thanks to her calm and caring approach. Her skin has improved so much, even better than she expected. She couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom, as she’s not familiar with how reviews work and asked me to do it for her. We just want to say a big thank you, my mom is very happy and we can see such a big difference.

   Loved it!!! I did Potenza microneedling rf with Sara! I had an amazing experience with Sara. From the moment I arrived, she was so warm and reassuring, which instantly put me at ease. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the treatment. I was a bit nervous about the pain beforehand, but it honestly wasn’t anywhere near as bad as I expected thanks to her gentle approach. I was so happy with the experience that I booked a package, and I can’t wait to come back for my remaining sessions. Highly recommend Sara!

   I had a treatment done yesterday at Therapie Clinic and I am honestly so impressed with the whole experience. From start to finish, everything felt professional, clean and very reassuring. Dr Daniel was absolutely amazing. He took his time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions and really listened to the look I wanted to achieve. As someone who was nervous about looking too dramatic, Dr Daniel made sure I felt comfortable at every step. His technique was gentle, precise and honestly painless compared to what I expected. The results are beautiful – full, natural and exactly what I hoped for. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for each client. The clinic itself was spotless, welcoming and well organised. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the whole process felt very smooth. I left feeling confident, informed and extremely happy with my results. Thank you Dr Daniel and the Therapie team for such a positive experience. I will definitely be returning and recommending you to everyone!

   I had a very nice experience. I was treated with care and my treatment was painless and very thorough. Also my beautician was so king and gentle. She asked me if I was comfortable and remained professional all throughout. I forgot to ask for her name, but I would definitely recommend her and I would book my sessions with her next if possible. Very good costumer service.

   To all the people looking to start with them I would not recommend i have been their client for 4 years and for the first time i was late 10 min and explained the situation when it wasn't my fault and said they couldn't treat me and rescheduled me after a month same thing has happened to my sisters and friends. Most of the time they running behind so you have to wait a longer time but you can't never be late, half of the stuff is also rude and racist been to two different branches around London and had the same experience. I would definitely recommend @laserclinic they are very understanding and if you are late they try to do the possible to treat you and deliver a better treatment.

   Tanuja has been amazing! I have been receiving treatment at Therapie since January and she has always been so professional and caring and genuinely makes the laser hair experience as comfortable as it can be :) If there was any critique to make it would be that it is sometimes inconvenient that you are unable to call the clinic directly but the app definitely makes it easier to book. Having said this I would definitely recommend this clinic as the actual laser hair results have been incredible :) Thank you Tanuja

   Had initial Botox with dr Farah who is great. When I went for my top up she was on holiday and I saw dr Kate. She did not want want to add any Botox even though there was movement. 2 weeks later the movement got a lot worse and I went back she again said no. When de Farah came back and I went to see her for my profholio she acknowledged that dr Kate should have added Botox and she tried to be helpful. However she said only the clinic manager can offer compensation. The manager offered 20 £ off !! I paid full price for a Botox that did not last 2 month and went twice to complaint and ask for it to be rectified and I get is being offered less than 25% off that does not sound reasonable Poor customer service
