   Over the past two months, I have seen five different doctors at this clinic regarding a persistent skin condition and received four different diagnoses, ranging from a simple skin infection to a lifelong incurable condition. One doctor scheduled a follow-up consultation and asked me to complete blood tests through my GP, which I did. However, when I returned for the follow-up, I was seen by yet another doctor who was extremely arrogant and dismissive of my concerns and frustration about the ongoing lack of proper care and treatment. He flipped through the blood test result and said absolutely nothing. While this clinic may be adequate for basic STI testing, my experience with their care on this occasion has been disorganized and ineffective. Despite multiple visits, no meaningful investigations were conducted to identify the underlying cause of my condition. Each appointment felt repetitive and unhelpful, with the same generic questions and little genuine interest in resolving the issue. After two months of using prescribed steroid creams, my condition has worsened, and I am no closer to a diagnosis or effective treatment than when I first attended. This has left me distressed and increasingly concerned about the impact on my health.

   High class service! Very friendly staff! I only wanted to see if I am eligible to get prep. I was doubting I would get prep, since I am a resident of a different country and was just visiting UK. I got prep for 3 months, they ran all possible tests for STDs (blood, urine and swabs), the nurses (Emily and Tanisha if I remember correctly) explained everything and answered all my questions. On top of that, I got all possible vaccines. Something I was not even thinking about. Not only that- I even got lube and condoms :))). All free of charge. And I got my results on the same day via SMS. Never felt so pampered and cared for at a hospital. A huge thank you to the hospital, the staff and the NHS!!!

   Totally unprofessional clinic compared to Dean Street. Giving out mixed medical advice, losing samples and delivering false results. Causing unnecessary extra stress, anxiety and frustration for patients

   Have overall good experience as booking appointments seems really straightforward. The only reservation I may have is that my samples got missing on couple of occasions and I had to do them again - seems quite odd as the lab is literally on the same floor as the consultation rooms. Otherwise great service, professional and friendly staff and reasonable waiting times comparing to Dean street for example. They made a huge improvement it seems through the past few years - well done 10 HB!

   Best place to go to if you have issues with and around your reproductive system. They listened to me and i felt heard, done all sort of checks and took their time to make sure i am well taken care of. They usually give you the necessary medications for free too! I love this place

   Amazing experience. I went to the wrong floor and the staff managed to find me and place me in the right department. Not crowded. I was literally sat down for 10 to 15 minutes before they called me in. Very professional and good at what they do. And ontop of all that good service they told me that the turnaround for results is 24 hours .

   The places is not to crowded at all so there are plenty of space to sit and still maintain the social distance. the staff are brilliant and lovely. So happy ain't travelling to central London anymore
