    I’m not new to acupuncture treatment and have done it before. When I came for acupuncture to Lu I knew what works for me and the main focus. Lu was able to identify the main issues and also suggested new treatments, which really work. She recommended a few changes to the diet and exercise to add to my daily routine. Lu is a very empathetic person and has a very thorough approach to treatment and combining different methods too, she never rushes it. She is also adjusting the treatments depending on the assessment in the beginning of each appointment and along the way too if she finds that something else needs more attention. Lu is also discussing this changes and makes sure I’m happy about it. She guides through the process and makes treatment seamless, very relaxing and effective! Lu has a positive energy and enriches others with this energy too! I see Lu for treatment every 3 weeks, which works for me and I’m feeling like a new person after each appointment - feeling more relaxed, sleeping well, less tired and less physical pain and discomfort. Can’t recommend Lu enough.
