After an initial chat where I mentioned other injuries and problems with my leg, Tony gave me a whole body MOT. As well as working on my leg, he found the old injuries in my back and shoulder which he gently but effectively re aligned. After a second session where he intensely worked my leg, it feels much more comfortable with increased flexibility. I felt very comfortable with Tony, who is genuinely very caring and clearly very knowledgeable. The Chi Clinic has a relaxed and friendly feel about it rather than sterile and impersonal. I would happily go back for regular maintenance.”

My daughter moved to Nork about a year ago due to the same reasons as mine and she has had no problems at all, the whole team have been very supportive thoughtout. I have received excellent pre and post op care from doctors and staff at the practice over the last couple of months. I was amazed that they called me after they had received information about my diagnosis, checking in with me to see and to say what support they can provide. I cannot praise them highly enough. On one occasion I was on the telephone with one doctor for 15 minutes, to then have a follow up call a couple of days later. this just would not of happened with my previous doctors. I am so pleased I made the move when I did. I thank everyone at the clinic.”

“I would give more stars if I could. My husband has had to move surgery during chemotherapy treatment as we were out of area for our old surgery. We were very worried that blood tests, district nurse visits and appointments would suffer. Not at all. It was all handled professionally and empathetically. A huge shout out to Chloe on reception who went beyond for us and also to Dr Rae who called several times to make sure all was happening as it should. Finally, today we went for blood tests and the nurse (Jackie) again went above and beyond what she needed to do to make sure my husband had the right treatment and help. I feel privileged to be looked after by a wonderful team. Many thanks to all at The longcroft Surgery.”
