“This review is looong overdue! I’ve been going to Zen Dental and seeing Dr. Tuba for around three years now and I can honestly say I always receive the best service every single time. I’m greeted with a warm welcome and the atmosphere is always calm and friendly. Tuba, is fantastic! She’s incredibly gentle, caring, and always keeps me well informed throughout. She explains everything clearly, gives me options, and lets me decide what feels right for me. She even thinks ahead to help keep things cost-efficient and never pushes unnecessary treatments, which I really appreciate. What makes her extra special is how personable she is. She remembers our little chats even though I know she sees so many patients. It feels like seeing a friend, not just my dentist. Thank you for looking after me so well Tuba. ❤️”

“After some bad advice and treatment by another dentist I was in need of a solution for missing bottom teeth and a general overhaul. From the first consultation and every interaction after the team were understanding and courteous. I opted for a partial denture, which has been great! The follow up appointments to get the correct fit were no problem for Dr N Velan. With the other work completed and a few visits to the hygenist I can now smile with confidence again! “This vets is totally amazing they looked after our first dog Arnie when unfortunately he got run over and they was amazing, we then decided to rescue and we have had Willow for nearly five years, she has had some issues for a long time and probably should have had her own bed there, but last week we found out she had a tumour and sadly we had to make the decision to let her sleep, the staff at Banstead Village vets have been amazing and did all they could for our baby girl I would like to say a huge thank you to the vets especially Amy you did all you could for her and all the nurses and receptionists that looked after her, we picked her up today and you made it so comfortable and quiet for us in this sad time, not sure I could ever express my gratitude to how you treated our Willow. “I recently joined Nork clinic due to extremely poor service from my previous local doctors. I cannot express enough how great they have been from the get go. My daughter moved to Nork about a year ago due to the same reasons as mine and she has had no problems at all, the whole team have been very supportive thoughtout. I have received excellent pre and post op care from doctors and staff at the practice over the last couple of months. I was amazed that they called me after they had received information about my diagnosis, checking in with me to see and to say what support they can provide. I cannot praise them highly enough. On one occasion I was on the telephone with one doctor for 15 minutes, to then have a follow up call a couple of days later. this just would not of happened with my previous doctors. I am so pleased I made the move when I did. I thank everyone at the clinic.”

“I would give more stars if I could. My husband has had to move surgery during chemotherapy treatment as we were out of area for our old surgery. We were very worried that blood tests, district nurse visits and appointments would suffer. Not at all. It was all handled professionally and empathetically. A huge shout out to Chloe on reception who went beyond for us and also to Dr Rae who called several times to make sure all was happening as it should. Finally, today we went for blood tests and the nurse (Jackie) again went above and beyond what she needed to do to make sure my husband had the right treatment and help. I feel privileged to be looked after by a wonderful team. Many thanks to all at The longcroft Surgery.”

My clinician was very professional and ensured to ask all the relevant questions to build up the required background to support the imaging results. She spoke me through what she could see and gave me recommmendations for my next steps. I was able to present my ultrasound, along with a professional recommendation, to my GP. This process greatly accelerated my treatment and has lead to my recovery from a difficult injury.”

“I have been getting acupuncture therapy from Lu Zhao since the beginning of this year. It was all started with a sprain elbow after a snowboarding trip. My elbow instantly felt relieved after the first treatment. Since then, I decided to continue the therapy with Lu. I have noticed a significant improvement on my overall wellness. I used to have cold feet but I noticed that I don't anymore. I get stressed all the time due to my busy daily routine. My neck and shoulder always feel tense.
