I had my full body laser hair removal done with Uzma, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She provided so much personalised information about my treatments, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood what to expect. Uzma truly went above and beyond — her attention to detail was incredible, and she was exceptionally thorough throughout the entire session. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and their comfort.
I had a microneedling session here yesterday, Joanna was lovely and made the treatment incredible. I've had it before at other branches of Therapie but it was so much better this one. All of the little touches like asking if I had specific areas to focus on and the LED treatment with the hyaluronic mask afterwards made such a difference. I actually wouldn't go anywhere else now
I have been coming to the Therapy clinic for laser treatment for over a year, but for the last two sessions, I had the opportunity to work with Mrs. Sadia. I thank her very much for this because she informed me about laser. After the first session I received from her, I noticed that my hair was thinning and growing back slower. I was really pleased with the information she gave me and her explanations were really helpful. I saw the effect in almost two sessions that I had not seen in eight sessions. Thank you very much.
I have been coming to this clinic for multiple treatment: laser hair removal, peels, hydro facial and cool sculpting. Everyone is really friendly and accommodating, they take the time to do your treatment; never made me feel rushed and are always gentle. Very pleased with the results so far thank you ladies :)
The staff is very nice, you always get greeted with a smile. I book my laser treatments with Kajal, as she is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and always makes me feel comfortable during my treatments. I would be very disappointed if I had to change the therapist.
I received an excellent dedicated service from Donna today. She was so lovely, communicable and very attentive to details. She provided me with information regarding the new offers as well she addressed with professionalism all my conserns. Today's session was more painful than usual (which is expected with increased strength but for some reason my skin was extra sensitive today) but Megan was so patient and attentive and adjusted to my needs, she did great. Skin has calmed down and feels good again. Thank you ! Seeing great results with my laser hair removal.
It was my first time of visiting the Wigmore Street branch so I wasn’t sure if I’ll receive the same good service. I met Sara at reception, she had a warm smile and made me feel welcome. She took her time to check my skin and all the problem areas and attended to all those areas to my satisfaction, even the places I felt embarrassed about. I cannot thank her enough as I’m seeing results. She’s courteous and professional, I had a great experience. I highly recommend her.
