   I believe a referral to physiotherapy has not been sent. My understanding is that this was the plan. Lower back pain is still ongoing. The pain was so intense that, in two occasions, I almost fainted and caused nausea.

   Whilst there have been some improvements, and the doctors seem better, the practice is not fit for purpose. For five years have informed them to change their covid answer phone, but they leave it as they know it deters people from staying on the line and speaking to them. When A and E tell you that you can get something sorted from your GP Practice, their response should not be to send you back to A and E. The people themselves are nice enough, but the processes and general availability for anything is simply dire.

   I prefer the lady I spoke with today, she seems more thorough. Before talking to her I was contemplating leaving the surgery as admin still haven't contacted me to book a face to face like I was told, I dont like being asked by reception what I want to see a doctor for as its confidential and personal.

   The reception team at the Fortune Green Practice are brilliant. Ali sorted my prescription querie, rang me back to explain it all and now I am all sorted with medication before the bank holiday weekend! Thank you!

   Since fortune green surgery has stopped taking calls directly from patients, it’s becoming a nightmare trying to explain medication and appointments to the call centre. The call handlers are not trained and some of them haven’t got a clue. I’ve been with the surgery since 1978 and it’s the worst now. I’ve not had any problems when Dr Mahnood was around. The surgery always gets the medicine wrong and makes me run out. I’m so frustrated at this surgery and the useless call centre staff. I just wish I could speak to someone directly at the surgery. I DO NOT recommend Fortune Green Surgery to anyone.. STAY AWAY

   WE MOVED TO THIS SURGERY ONLY SOME TWO YEARS AGO AND WERE SOMEWHAW WORRIED THAT OUR NEEDS WILL NOT BE SERVED AS IN THE PREVIOUS CLINIC. NOT ONLY HAVE THE DOCTORS AND THE RECEPTIONISTS PROVED AS GOOD BUT THEY DO EXCELL IN ATTITUDE TO THE PATIENT, INTEREST, CURTICY AND CONCERN,,GOOD MEDICAL TREATMENT AND EXCELLENT FOLLOW UP..

   Drs only works whenever they want, place is Always Empty, constant lack of Knowledgable by drs, took 3 weeks to get my daughter seen by a Dr who then saw her for less than 5 seconds examination, the Dr didn't know the difference between a bone or a hernia tumour nor any advice on my serious blood clots, after a month still waiting for an answer. Appalling surgery, literally no patients, I would not join this practice. Nurse is just as bad. I've been refused asthma checks, contraception and smear tests. The staff contradicts their confidentiality very unprofessional esp during "covid season". receptionist is nice.
