   Nick Jordan - Nova Osteopathy - is a very pleasant and knowledgeable practitioner. His practice is located in a building on a golf course which immediately gives me a sense of peace and calm. The practice room is large and bright with various pieces of equipment around the room. Nick listens carefully to what I say, asking relevant questions so that he can make an informed decision about what treatment he is going to do. He gets to the root of the problem very quickly and has helped me manage my back pain. He explains all the exercises in a very clear and concise manner and then checks to make sure I know how to do them. He has helped me immensely since he began treating me.

   Nick at Nova Osteopathy came highly recommended to me due to my ongoing lower back pain which I have been suffering from for so many years. I have had no positive results or cure from various hospital appointments and scans. I can now see why Nick was recommended as the outcome in just 3 months has been beyond my expectations. I travel a 5 hour round trip from Oxfordshire for my treatment which, in my view, is 100% worth it. Nick is totally honest in his approach and discusses what you might expect the outcome from the treatment to be. I feel I can now understand the reason for a lot of my problems through his experience & expertise. I am now able to walk to the park with my granddaughter, cook a nice meal, go shopping with my friends, all of which I could not do before. I am still work in progress and I cannot wait for the next chapter.

   I’ve been seeing Nick for pain I’ve been experiencing in my back and have really appreciated his approach. You can tell he really cares about his work and takes the time to understand the root cause of the problem. He is friendly and informative and his passion for helping people move better and improve their overall function really comes through in every session. Would definitely recommend!

   The treatment I have received at NOVA been first class… from initial consultation to helping me understand GP X-rays and a range of realistic exercise to get me no I g again! So pleased to be returning to gentle jogging with Nick’s guidance . I thought that my hips had drawn the line at Park Run now I had reached 60 but there IS life in them yet! More than grateful for the treatment and professional care I receive.

   Great clinic and service. Staff is customer centric, kind and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Nick as a Functional Osteopath in particular. He has been treating all kinds of symptoms and pains (neck, lower back, shoulder) I had in the last four years and has done wonders. I have full trust in him. He is very competent.    Nick has been an absolute lifesaver! Originally seeing Nick in absolute panic about a sudden back issue, I felt complete confidence immediately. Nick listens thoroughly and his unique approach to rehab with movement and exercises provide relief and noticeable strength, quick! Now with a new injury, I have complete faith that I will be ready to take on my challenges regardless of my time out of the water.    I have been seeing Nicholas for several months now and I am so impressed with his level of care and expertise. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt welcomed and at ease. Nicholas took the time to understand my concerns and explained his treatment plan in a way that was easy for me to understand. During each session, he was attentive, caring and gentle. It was able to alleviate my pain and discomfort through a combination of manual therapy and exercises. His approach was holistic, not only addressed my physical symptoms but also my overall well-being. I also appreciated his willingness to work with my schedule and accommodate my needs. I would highly recommend Nicholas to anyone looking for an excellent osteopath. It's worth noting that Osteopathy is a holistic approach to healthcare, it aims to help with the symptoms and causes of pain, discomfort and dysfunction in the body. And as such, it's important to find a practitioner that you trust, communicate well and that you feel comfortable with.

   I came in for severe pain in my lower back, preventing me from standing up straight or doing any normal activity without pain. Nick was very accommodating and knew what to do straight away, he helped me recover over the next several sessions and was very accommodating with the timing of the sessions.    Both Nick and Sarah were incredibly professional and friendly and provided a great service, both when I was injured (torn Hamstrings) and then on-going improvement of my flexibility with the Sports Massages. Nick explained to me how my poor flexibility in my Hips was causing my Hamstrings problems and the treatment and stretches he gave me massively helped me in sport. I would highly recommend.
