I had a great experience with Ni Lar. She is extremely professional, gentle, and attentive throughout the whole treatment. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable at all times. You can really tell she takes her work seriously and cares about her clients. I would definitely recommend her.

I went today for my first laser appointment at The Thérapie Clinic, to welcome me Nilas with her lovely comforting attitude which made me feel comfortable straight away. She was very attentive, looking after me in the best way she could, knowing which area are most sensitive she treat me with so much care. Can’t wait for another session with you Nilas!
Hello [Clinic], First, I want to thank the reception team for their kind and professional behavior; I was very pleased and satisfied with their approach. However, I was not satisfied with the laser session itself. Since most of my leg hair is blonde and does not require treatment, I purchased the full package specifically for the darker areas. Unfortunately, the darker areas were treated with very high speed, low precision, and a low laser setting, and I noticed almost no effect in those areas. Regarding my underarms, only two shots were applied to one of them. When I mentioned this to the technician, they said it was fine. For the other underarm, where more shots were applied and more time was spent, I noticed some results. However, in the first underarm, only two small areas had hair removed, while the rest was left untreated or done with very low attention and care. This experience has affected my trust in your treatments. If the sessions were performed with more care and precision, I would have continued with more sessions willingly. As it stands, I am very dissatisfied and hesitant to continue further sessions. I hope this feedback helps ensure future sessions are carried out with greater attention and accuracy, maintaining the trust of your clients. Thank you
One of the nicest places. The thing that I like about their hair lasers removal, that actual laser - doesn’t directly touches your skin, so that makes procedure comfortable and more hygienic. Couple of weeks later, I saw the good result!
This is the worst clinic ever. They have no professionalism, no customer satisfaction and no experience whatsoever to run a business. I have purchased 2k worth of services and I am highly disappointed with the service and the engagement. For my problems I tried calling customer care multiple times and I tried sending them an email multiple times but never heard back or got any satisfactory answer from customer care. Very rude people, very frustrating to deal with the issues. Their own employees complains about them while getting treated around work culture, not paying salary on time and ridiculous higher management issues. Think if someone is not making their own employee happy how can they make you happy. One of the employee told me while treating me that they don’t increase the settings of laser after every sittings(instructed by higher management) as you buy more and more treatments and they could earn more. Highly recommend not coming here as there must be better and more efficient services available in London. Also for your own good, don’t only look at the good reviews they might be fake, checkout the reviews of people who have used multiple sessions. I have had 12+ sessions now and this is me.

Lovely staff and amazing therapist! I'm so glad I bought my Hair Laser Removal package here, in the newly open Victoria Street Clinic!!! As you can see that this Therapie branch is super new and clean. All of the staffs here are all very welcoming and friendly. Tdy is my 1st Hair Laser Removal session here and I can say that I am 100% impressed. I did had a pretty painful hair laser removal experienced (elsewhere) before, so I was really frustrating to get one. However, all the comments & reviews are true, their Hair Laser removal are pain-free to the minimal pain that it will be over before you even know it. Also hugely thank you to lovely Daisey, who treated me. She made me felt completely comfortable during the session. I was comfortable the entire way through and she explained everything I needed to know, super professional. It was such a pleasant first experience here. And to be completely honest I wasn't in pain at all. Can't wait for my next appointment with her already! And if anyone are searching to get Hair Laser Treatment, I would 100% recommended this place ;)
