We had forgotten our meds at home in California, and a local friend in the UK suggested making an appt. here to get new prescriptions. Saved our trip! It was very easy to book online, and the Dr was efficient and pleasant, as was reception. No problem getting the scripts filled at a local Boots either. The location was very difficult to find as it has a very small door sign, and Google maps was useless. Just give yourself time to spare to find it!

Dr Kahn was thorough and very professional. He really cared and I was so impressed. He gave brilliant advice and the treatment was spot on. I was so impressed that he even took time to give me follow up calls after the appointment. Thank you so much.

I just wanted to express my deepest gratitude for the care and kindness I received during a recent visit to your clinic. While visiting London as a tourist and going through a moment of distress during my pregnancy, I found myself in an uncomfortable situation. I was feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to navigate the local healthcare system. Thankfully, I was welcomed and supported by your incredibly kind and professional staff. Your team not only treated me with warmth and compassion, but also went above and beyond to help me communicate effectively and get the guidance I needed. It made all the difference in a moment when I felt vulnerable and far from home. Thank you for your empathy, your patience, and your dedication. I will always remember your support with great appreciation.

Great experience at London Doctors Clinic on Oxford Street. The booking was easy, the staff were friendly, and the doctor was professional and attentive. Be aware they have a strict timing policy—if you’re more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled. But honestly, it’s fair and keeps everything running smoothly for the next patients. Very efficient and well-run clinic!

Life saver service that was so easy to book online for a Sunday morning appointment for my husband & I. Dr Shatha Taha saw us both, and she instantly proved herself as a trustworthy, experienced & credible Doctor. We can’t thank her enough for helping us feel able to make the long distance flight from London to Sydney in 2 days time. Prescribed the best treatment plan for what we both needed. The practise was bright & clean, with a nice waiting area. No queues - such a calm peaceful place.

I was requesting a very specific blood test (ammonia) for a pre existing I condition I already have. I made it clear when emailing the enquiries team of exactly what was needed to ensure the accuracy of my blood test. The enquires team could not help me and told me I had to talk to the doctor therefore I made an appointment. The doctor could also could not make any suggestion to me as my condition is very rare. This is somewhat understandable and the doctor said I could go direct to the lab for the test and he would not charge me for the appointment. The lab messed around with my sample and as a result I now cannot trust the accuracy of the result. To make matters worse when I emailed the enquires team to issue a refund on the appointment due to the doctor offering this they told me no and that the doctor was misinformed. I did not ask the doctor for the refund, he offered it to me therefore I find this very bad customer service. I have wasted a days holiday from work, the cost of the appointment, cost of the blood test which is now not accurate enough for me to use and transport in and out of London. This is without taking in to account the frustration it caused. A very bad experience from start to finish and I do not think they should be offering this blood test when they clearly cannot provide it to an accurate standard

I had booked for an appointment at one of there clinics, in 6 Newburgh Street, Carnaby, London, W1F 7RQ. The appointment was at 1pm on 14/11/2022 for a serious test. I arrived in the Clinic at exact 1pm. The door was supposed to be open however this was not the case and I started ringing the doorbell, but nobody was answering. This continued until approximately 1.10pm - 1.15pm when I decided to give them a call. It took some time to get through to someone and when I did, I was advised by the agent that unfortunately I had missed my appointment due to I was late and they had to have it rebooked. Even if it was not my fault that nobody was inside to open the door, I agreed to have it rescheduled for the next day, but the agent asked me to pay for another appointment with no refund issued on this one. Please note, while I was on the phone with the agent, I saw a member of their stuff getting into the clinic carrying a bag from itsu! In essence their stuff neglected the scheduled appointment and they preferred they go out and get their lunch. This is obviously absolutely fine and they have every right in doing so however as a healthcare services provider they had to ensure that there is a cover in place for their patients. I was coming to do a very important test, with me being very concerned about it and this situation unfortunately did not help at all; the exact opposite I would say as it caused me further mental distress. I am really questioning why such behaviour for a patient/ client of them. Is this how they operate and make money? By asking for their patients to pay an additional booking fee under the excuse of being late when clearly in my situation it was not my fault? Furthermore, the agent also refused to issue a refund. I was also advised to send an email with my complaint and to expect to hear back from them in 20 days!!

Went to the Newburgh office. Doctor was terrific. So much accomplished in a short time. Prescriptions written, chest x-ray arranged for that day. If your worried about something medical get it sorted asap. No need to watch a physio therapist on video in order to get an in-person physio appointment and then if you get lucky seeing a real live NHS doctor for something not physio based. Don't get anxious - get it sorted!

No No … Please Rude Hurt my hand and made an appointment An hour before my appointment they called to change it from 11.40 am to 3.45. I got there at 3.35 and they refused to open the door and asked me to come back at 3.45 The Dr. looked at my arm and said go for an immediate X-ray. She didn’t even have a proper look., just wanted to make more money off me. All of this cost me £190 I was told I would get the report first thing next morning. Was in a lot of pain Waited and called them twice asking them what I should do. No one had a clue .. and they said when the Dr. was free she would reply. I finally got a report 36 hours after my X-ray. Am still in so much pain. All they’ve said is some inflammation and to wait a few weeks and do another X-ray.
