   I love this GP for its doctors and nurses however the receptionist might be the most insanely rude person I have ever come across in my life. It really is unbelievable how horrid she made me feel for asking simple questions about booking an appointment in person. She does not smile, is blunt, comes across angry and irritated by your presence, incredibly unhelpful and unsympathetic. She did look at me once while I was talking and gave simple “computer says no” responses. Really shocking for a job that deals with people who could be really unwell or having a difficult time. Please assess this behaviour ASAP.

   I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the doctors that I have had my appointments with who have been supporting me on my health journey at Clapham park group practice your such great support. The doctors that I have been in touch with continue with your hard work because you make me so happy and I can tell that your doing your job with love in your heart and their aren’t a lot of kind doctors nowadays. A very well done and you deserve five stars. :)

   I had two appointments one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The doctor I met in the morning was very helpful in covering in a very short period of time some of the problems that I have been experiencing and offering solutions. The one in the afternoon was with a nurse For an injection. I was so happy that she was able to fit me in as I was three months over having an injection. Very good service.

   I was worried about leaving my old GP practice, who I loved, but I shouldn't have been. The team at CPGP have been really wonderful and have gone above and beyond to help me with last minute requests. Their online system for booking appointments and making other admin requests is also really good.

   I must say I hear a lot of people complaining about how their GP practices are struggling to manage all their patients and appointments. I feel so lucky to have this practice be my local one as I have never had an issue. Considering what's going on in the country, it can't be easy. Very grateful.

   I have been a patient at the practice for about one year. My initial introduction was not as smooth a transition from the previous practice mainly because I arrived with particular significant comments recorded and documented by the local Police. I shant delve into the varacity of these comments that have been believed by health care professionals who have allowed themselves to become influenced by these. I remain unaware if there is a facility in place that offers an opportunity of challenge or recôurse. I recognize. that it acts as a guide of sort and its not practical to look outside or beyond comments that have proved to accurate previously.

   I had my annual review of my medications as I am on painkillers for chronic back pain. It was a telephone consultation with the pharmacist who had studied my recent online questionnaire and was aware of my situation. We discussed all the issues I wanted to, plus learning more. She was helpful and I felt she understood where I was coming from. I think her name was Grace and I can contact her if I have any issues or change my mind. It was a constructive consultation. Thank you.

   I can’t speak highly enough about this practice. They are very efficient with giving appointments and all of the staff are really friendly, receptionists, nurses and doctors alike. They’ve helped with many postnatal issues for me and have made it very easy to request and collect prescriptions.
