Inga did my microneedling today. She was absolutely lovely and so patient!! She kept me informed about what to expect and which lasers would suit me. I would definitely return to this branch just for her
Haven’t always had the best experience with this branch in particular but Seni performed my treatment today and she was excellent! She was welcoming, extremely thorough and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Will be asking for her again!
I had an amazing experience with Ryan for hair removal services at Laser clinics. From the start, he was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. The results have been fantastic—smooth, long-lasting, and way better than I expected. What stood out most was Ryan’s attention to detail and how gentle and thorough he was throughout the session. They truly care about their clients’ comfort and satisfaction. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and runs on time, which I really appreciate. I've been going to Laser Clinics Clapham Junction for over a year now, and today's appointment with Ryan was by far one of the best experiences I've had. He was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough throughout the laser hair removal session. I truly felt like I got my money’s worth and left feeling confident in the results. In the past, I’ve noticed that not all staff have been as detailed or informative, so Ryan really stood out in the best way. I'm very happy with the service I received today Thank you Ryan!
Avoid!!!!! I have been going to the clinic for a while now (6 sessions), the laser has been working on me (slowly but has) the only downside is the waiting time. Everyone appointment is a long wait, specially after work is such a pain….I booked my appointment 5 weeks ago at 7 pm, was not seen up until 8, the treatment itself took 10 min as the lady was really rushing given that the clinic closed at 8pm. If you will book appointment with them book on Saturday or Sunday which is quieter I found then week days. Loads of people book with them as is affordable price. If you are happy to wait 45 min to 1 hour eventhough you have an appointment then great. Very annoying tho!
Susana is so incredibly lovely and has really made my experience. The first time I visited wasn't brilliant, Susana went out of her way to talk to me, follow up with me, and check in when I returned. Incredibly impressed with how hard she works and how great the service is. Really appreciate it. Absolutely recommend this clinic.
I have been coming to Laser Clinics for several courses of Laser Hair Removal. The results have always been great and the service has been warm and welcoming. I have have recommended all my friends to come here! Susana was very professional and efficient and made the experience seamless.
I had a laser hair removal with Sandra. I found her to be very experienced and knowledgeable. She explained everything about the treatment and the hair growth stages very clearly so I could understand what to expect and how many sessions I may need to achieve the best results. She’s very kind and patient. I will definitely book my future sessions with her. Thank you
I bought a package of 10 sessions on 5 areas. I had 9 sessions each per area then yesterday at my appointment was surprisingly asked to make a payment due my package being expired, despite my balance saying '5' on my online account. The lady I spoke to mentioned that many other customers were having the same issue with their account, but there was no communication via phone or email before my appointment. The account section for existing customers needs to be rectified! Customers should be given a reminder in advance when their package is nearly expiring instead of being told it has expired when they step foot in the clinic! I kindly asked if they could still honour the final session of my package without me having to pay additional money or a refund since my online account was misleading/ wrong and there was 0 communication but was told no which I found to be very unreasonable. Overall communication is very poor, they are never on time for appointments and no one ever picks up the phones to the extent where on a previous occasion I had to physically go in to the store to make a change to my appointment, which was very irritating and inconvenient! After going out my way to go in to the store to change my appointment time I had to wait a further 15 minutes as there was no one on the front desk as everyone was busy doing treatments (a regular occurrence). When the lady finally came to the front desk the explanation was that 'we do not have a receptionist'. Additionally they are always changing the staff here, there is always a new face which is quite alarming - very poor management. Going forward for maintenance I will no longer be using this clinic and company nor recommend it to any friends! My only positives... the laser hair removal actually works when done correctly which I guess is the case in general regardless of the clinic & 2 of the therapists are great - 5 stars for Susan who is always very friendly and is exceptionally skilled at what she does (forgot the other ladies name).
