Just had my laser session done here today and the young lady Foram who attended me was really lovely.. she was so kind throughout the procedure and I really appreciate her kindness. Although I was not much happy my previous times here but today I really enjoyed.
Shout out to Carla as one of the best therapist! She has a positive attitude, she is professional and most of all she is knowledgeable. I’ve had the same treatment (laser Hair renovam) done in other branches but this was by far the best with visible results. Thank you, Carla for being so amazing! Got a full body laser deal for £995. Carla and her team have been excellent! Also they full body shave you for £10 which is very helpful. But most of all the results are fantastic even though it hurts! I probably won’t even need all the 10 sessions because the results are so good. I was nervous about doing this but it’s so worth it! No pain no gain!

Unfortunately I don’t the therapists name but I’ve been lucky enough to have seen her twice now. She is fabulous, really friendly and caring and takes her time to understand your needs, makes you feel comfortable and is passionate about her services. I’m afraid it’s not always the case, I’ve seen different staff here at every point at every appointment I’ve had, even if I request the same person. It seems like therapie cannot keep their staff which is off putting for me. I don’t like the way everyone calls me darling/lovely/honey etc. I presume it’s in the training because everyone on reception is over the top with this. It’s cringe and over personal … please stop because I am not their darling, sugar or whatever else! Not convinced on the laser yet, I’ve had 5 sessions so let’s see how the rest of my course goes
