   I have been at their gynaecologist in September 2024 and February 2025. I paid twice £250. I am 41 years old. First meeting she did not tell me that I should do an AMH test. Second meeting she rushed me to do an AMH test and get into IVF asap in the branch in Istanbul Turkey. This company is just working on getting you into an IVF program in Istanbul / Turkey to make a lot of money. An IVF process needs a lot of preparation and includes a lot of paperwork. The precise time planning is another reason why people are actually having and IVF here in UK because they live here. On top of that there are so many risks of IVF and ICSI. She did not talk with me about those. I would not recommend you to visit the gynaecologist. And I am sure they will recommend you to visit their dentists and experts in Turkey for surgeries.

   I came to Medi Park for help with a skin condition that I wanted removed. The two dermatologists I saw for the initial appointment were kind, caring and explained everything to me. I then had minor surgery with Dr Hakan and again the service was fantastic, kind, professional and brilliantly done. There is virtually no scar! I want to extend my appreciation and thanks to all at Medi Park for the kind, friendly and professional service I was provided with.

   Not professional at all. I had a pregnancy scan appointment, the doctor scared me with her panic saying I have a solid cyst and wanted to do further tests. But never ended up contacting me afterwards with results. Although I paid for the service. Delivered my test results through voicemail to my emergency contact, rather than me. Their apology was worse. The doctor thought I was exaggerating. With my request, the receptionist sent over the tests to me through email, but did not explain what the numbers meant. I had to do my own research online to understand what they mean. I presume it should have been the role of the doctor to do this. After complaining to management, I got a callback from the doctor (which again is not professional). She tried to explain herself, which is one she told me I was exaggerating and that this is what the policy of the clinic is - To share 18+ patient reports with next of kin without the permission of the patient. The service I received was very poor. The management team who I spoke to later, told me that they have all rights to voicemail our results to our next of kin without trying to contact me first. On a last note, when I was filling out the registration form, it did not specify that next of kin was contacted with results. As healthcare services I have been with have never shared my personal records with anyone without my permission, even with other healthcare services.and the receptionist also agreed and said that next of kin was only for emergency purposes. With my complaint and last phone call with the clinic, they told me that I could have removed next of kin if I didn’t want the clinic to voicemail my next of kin when they had my number and the lines were open. Probably the worst service I’ve ever had.

   They’re very professional and quick, they don’t lie and just tell you how things are. I came to this clinic by chance after the NHS across the road cancelled my appointment 3 times. All I needed was 4 small stitches taken out from my chin area. It was £100 for consultation and £25 to take out the stitches, a bit expensive yes but the process was quick. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very happy with them and I recommend them to anyone that’s been let down by the NHS. They say this country has free healthcare but there’s a reason it’s free, it’s because they treat you very badly and rude. This private clinic tho was very welcoming and quick.

   Amazing service ! We are tourists that came very sick after a week at home, we’ve met Dr.Ibrahim halili which was so professional and a lovely human being! Answered all our questions and with a big smile on his face. A great service also from the receptionist ❤️ 100% recommend!

   I have visited this clinic many times and I have been seen by Meltem Ozkan Girgin, who is an excellent gynaecologist. She is the best doctor that I have visited in her field. She is so attentive, kind and assuring. She never misses a point. I am kind of a person who expects to get all the facts and figures about my health situation and she is kind of a doctor that explains every fact and possibility in a very kind and direct way. She takes care of every situation very professionally and I feel very safe and happy to be her patient. I am glad that I could get a chance to be her patient. I also like Medi-Park clinic overall. They have a nice staff who is always helpful and kind. They remind you the appointment a day before, which is a nice touch. The place is always clean and tidy.

   Life is a cycle - it is moving up and down. When we are up and everything is arranged as we wanted, we can see how light and clear is there. We are full of hope and faith. There are motivation, bravery to dream. There is feeling of happiness. Then you have enough zest, confidence and potential to continue following the life even on your own. However, when you are down; when things happen to go wrong; when you happen to get lost, you start feeling alone, confused, scared. When you start wandering, looking for way out and cannot find it, YOU NEED HELP. I found this help from Dr Ibrahim, who provoked me to remember one of my forgotten hobbies - taking photos and in this way he directed me to the exit of the maze. I dedicate some of my photos (that were taken and edited by me) to him with gratitude and faith that I am in good hands. I am very happy with the service at Medi-Park Clinic. There I met an amazing lady as well. Her name is Aylia and she welcomes the patients at the reception desk. She is kind, polite and always ready to help you! Thank you all!
