I had the most amazing session at Therapie today. I was booked in for whole body laser with Jamila. It’s my second session and honestly she was so lovely and knowledgeable. I had my Botox treatment yesterday with Dr. Mehvish and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She is incredibly sweet and explained everything to me so clearly. She took the time to ask detailed questions and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The other staff members were also extremely kind and welcoming. Such a lovely team – I’m so glad I chose this clinic!

I had an appointment today (7th November) for 7:20pm. The member of staff asked me if I had any exposure to the sun recently and I told her that I had a sunbed a week and a half ago. She advised me that I need to wait 3 weeks after sun exposure before I am able to receive a laser hair removal treatment as my skin is sensitive at the moment which may result in skin burns from the laser. She therefore had to cancel my appointment and reschedule it for tomorrow (8th November). I found this very concerning and unprofessional because I can’t get my treatment done today because I can get skin burns but tomorrow is fine?
