Absolute rubbish. We booked a shingles vacc online with CityDoc only to be told on arrival that there was no vaccine in stock. Pharmacy team very helpful, CityDoc absolutely dreadful. One star is too much!

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Website falsely advertised PCR test results would take 48-72 hours and my partner paid £50 deposit to book the test. But when she arrived at the clinic she was told test results would only arrive in 5 - 7 DAYS. They only just updated the website to say 5-7 days but they did not inform her of the change. At least a nurse advised her not to take the test as it would not arrive in time for her flight or we would have wasted another £150 (As well as flight tickets). She was not refunded the £50 booking charge either, so the whole experience with CityDoc was a waste of time and money.
