   I’ve been going to treatment with Wendy for months now and it’s been an enlightening and healing experience every session. I’ve not only learned about my own body and nervous system but I’ve been able to heal. My posture, my digestive system and my energy have significantly improved and I’ve been able to target the blockages in my body to live a better lifestyle. My favourite treatment is electric massage. It has opened my body and relieved years of tension in my muscles. I leave the clinic with less and less pain after every session. The attention is impeccable and especially targeted for your needs and the supplements, medicines and herbs provided really help with consistency and support the long lasting - if not permanent - effects of the sessions.    Kings Health what can I say it’s essentially a Chinese medical practice located on Blackstock Road, between Finsbury Park and Highbury. I sought help because I was suffering from low-lying inflammation and I had high blood pressure. My muscles were seizing up, making it hard to walk much, and I struggled to breathe properly while on my bike. I was also eating in excess and dealing with the issues that come with it. Wendy the therapist took the time to truly consult with me. She sat me down to go through my lifestyle, genuinely trying to understand my issues without jumping immediately into a diagnosis. She dedicated a few sessions to thinking through her strategies, focusing first on how to lower the blood pressure. Crucially, she focused on my personal goal, which was to be able to enjoy myself on my several planned holidays without feeling the impact of overindulging, and finding ways to consciously eat and think about my health. That's where she started offering me bio-electro therapy an electric form of Acupuncture to release the toxins that had built up over many years of poor lifestyle choices. With Wendy’s support, I was also able to reflect on many of the choices I had made. It’s expensive, but it is exactly what I needed to help me get back on track and protect my health for the next three to four decades.

Through a combination of electric massage and acupuncture, not only did my sinus issues improve, but I also experienced significant relief from chronic headaches, knee pain, and lower back pain. The electric massage is intense and deeply therapeutic, targeting deep tissues.    I grew up in a family with close connections to Chinese medicine, and have spent years looking for a good Chinese clinic in London. I am really glad to have found a clinic who is authentic with a doctor with a long family lineage of Chinese medicine. Chinese medicine includes so much ancient wisdom of wholistic health and healing, from herbal medicine to acupuncture to electrotherapy and psychotherapy. I have been coming here every week for whole a year now, and have improved my overall health, immunity and chronic pain condition. Every time I had an acute pain condition such as headache, acupuncture helps relieve it immediately. I would also recommend trying out the electrotherapy as it is a very rare skill to acquire, and it helps detox your inner organs and align your overall chakra. Dr. Cristina has also been really influential in helping me understanding the relationship between psychotherapy/mental health and physical health and achieving a wholistic approach to improving one's overall health and well-being in life.

   I am feeling so lucky that I had a chance to meet such wonderful professional doctors as Christina and Dr John. They are not only the best in their industry but also the most generous and caring people I have ever met. I came for the first time a few months ago with ongoing gut problems, endometriosis, and an ongoing UTI that doctors were not able to treat. I had several years of antibiotics and no hope that one day I can get better. Now I can say with confidence that after several months of acupuncture, massages, and herbs I forgot about most of the pain (as well as antibiotics). I can live a normal life and have confidence that I will be long-term a healthy and happy person. If you have similar health issues, just remember that ongoing medication is not a solution. I highly recommend Kings Health Chinese Clinic and wish both Christina and Dr John a long happy and healthy life! Bless you, both for your good heart and motivation to help people!

   I have been coming here for 4 months. They have removed all my pains and aches. However, I have become a regular because I feel very good after every session, very relaxed and I have no stress at all. They are very nice and they try to help with any issue you may be going through. They are very wise, it amazes me how if I had a bad week, they know just by checking the circulation on my wrist, but the important thing is that they know how to heal and make me feel better. I would recommend Dr John and Cristina to everyone, it is great for my well-being and I hope it is good for anyone that goes too.
