    Great experience! I was kept well informed about the results and great advice on any symptoms I experienced along the way. Always a calm relaxed atmosphere which hepled with nerves. Would recommend for anyone thinking about laser eye!

    I made an appointment for my daughter for a New Myopia Consultation. I explained while making the appointment that my daughter also needed a prescription for new glasses. On the 19th, we went there and they charge us Β£490 and they don't even have a system to provide a prescription. When I wanted to know why, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. The whole reason I made the appointment was for the glasses so they should have told me that they don't have a system for prescription glasses and not wasted my time and money.

    Went for cataract surgery on both eyes. Ms Odufuwa and the whole team could not have been nicer. All very professional but friendly. I chose my i-clinic because my wife had been there previously and my optician recommended them. A month or so after surgery my vision both long and short is great.

    I called for an appointment one day and the following day I was seen! From the moment I called the nurse that I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. I was seen for a chalazion removal, I arrived slightly earlier than the appointment time but was seen right away and got all the preliminary checks done! It was very efficient, each step was explained time was taken, they built up rapport. The inside of the building was very modern, tidy, clean and high tech! I was really impressed! I work as an optometrist myself and I really would recommend this gem of a place. Dr Odufuwa was great, so friendly and assuring, she seemed very passionate and her skill set is amazing. I was given aftercare and will have a follow up call in ample time. The nurse who did my pre checks was very hospitable she was an asset to the team also. I spent two hours there and they also have free parking too! The treatment it self was not painful, it’s been a day only but I’m already noticing a huge difference! Hopefully wouldn’t need to be seen again but if any issues similar arise I will travel all the way to this place again as they are worth it!

    I was recommended by my optician and also knew people who had cataract surgery at My I-Clinic and been very pleased with their treatments. Therefore it seemed the obvious choice when I needed to have my cataracts removed and I was not disappointed. I found the staff very considerate when taking scans and measurements. I followed the advise of my consultant Bola Odufuwa having both eyes done together and although I will need reading glasses for small print I am very pleased with the result.

    Like many others here I was extremely impressed and in particular grateful for the time, effort and care put in by several members of the team. What might ordinarily have been a fairly straightforward procedure was hugely complicated by my elderly father's limited mobility to the point where I wondered if the laser treatment to clear the capsules of his cataracts was realistic or viable. Over a period of nearly two and a half hours both practitioners showed skill, patience and determination to make the operation a success and my father is now very happy with the level of his regained vision. Thank you!

    The team at My-iclinic in Finchley is warm; welcoming; friendly; efficient; competent; knowledgeable; patient; supportive and caring. True professionals. My bilateral cataract operation was carried out within two weeks of my initial consultation in order to prevent further deterioration of my eyesight and help to maintain my independence by being able to retain my driving licence and continue driving. My procedure was carried out in a caring and stress-free manner. I walked in feeling that perhaps they would help to lengthen my deteriorating vision as previous consultants had warned that it would be a complicated operation due to glaucoma. What a team! I was out totally at ease. I can now see clearly without the need for glasses or contact lenses for the first time in sixty years! I can’t believe it! I will probably need low proscription glasses to read fine print but I am happy; so happy and grateful. I have my self-confidence back and I am now looking forward to a great future. No longer afraid that I may lose my driving licence. It is miraculous! The aftercare is superb! They offer a perfect combination of excellent client care and expertise. They are experts! They are wonderful! I highly recommend My-I clinic.

    I was very happy with all the tests that I had in mid-July and agreed that Mr Bolger should remove the cataracts in both my eyes. The first Tuesday (which, I understand, is the only day that he undertakes cataract operations) that was mutually free was 11th October and so I booked in for that slot with a follow-up appointment the following Friday (21st). However, from then on things were less than satisfactory. I had a call a week later to ask me if I could move the follow-up to the following day, Saturday 22nd October, which I did. Only a couple of hours later I had another call informing me that Mr Bolger was now going to participate in a research project and would not be able to do the procedure until December. Being messed around like this is very unsatisfactory, and If I’d known at the outset that I would have to wait until December for my procedure (over two months longer than I had expected), I probably would not have gone to My i-Clinic, even though they were well recommended. However, I'm looking forward to getting the procedure done and I hope to be able to report back on its success!
