   Hi I really hope this health Center they get investigated for the way they treat people, they are very unethical professional particularly the front desk. I feel sorry for the patient who attend to the health centre. It really need to be investigated they are rude condescending I have seen it happen in front of me they make people feel uncomfortable with their intimidating behaviour

   I went there because of breast pain. From there, the nurse pressed my breast so hard that it so much that I couldn't do the work doing for two days. After a week, my breast got bigger.

Her persistent communication, inquiries about my situation, and guidance on accessing resources such as food were invaluable. Ultimately, she facilitated my referral to street link services, leading to my current safe accommodation. I am immensely grateful to Annifat for her continuous support and assistance.    This the best GP i have ever been in the UK . The staff is lovely and very professional. I would say my favourite doctors and nurses are in there . The staff is very kind and polite . J you are one of the kindest people i have met in my life . Thank you , about everything!

   Iam giving this sugery 5 STARS because of one particular kind professional selfless lady Dr.SHAH she's so kind and very respectful to her patients doesn't look down on any PATIENT I've been with this sugery for 10yrs and DR SHAH is so amazing. If it was not DR.SHAH I would have died. I was very depressed but she saved me. Unlike the receptionists and some Nurse she's English they're very rude but I put up with their rudeness because I was going to see my DR SHAH .

   This GP service is a waste of time. The receptionists are bullies.The doctor is also rude and horrible; the entire centre is an absolute disgrace to this beautiful country!

   Reception unprofessional and rude, nurses unresponsive and pretend to be busy when they aren't and only one doctor in this surgery actually cares about patients. The head doctor picks and chooses who she thinks deserves help and focuses on them, anyone else may as well be trying to ask a circus clown to dispense medication

   The midwives are so lovely. However the communication between the receptionists and the midwives are very very poor. I turned up a few minutes early for my appointment, took my urine test and waited a further 30 mins until I went to the receptionist and said "I had an appointment at x time" to which she looked at me like I was speaking another language saying "right...?" And I said "do you know how long they'll be?" She rudely said she doesn't deal with their appointments and patients, and the nurse standing next to her just stared at me blankly. Ok, so why are you sat there as a receptionist? Turns out the midwives weren't even informed that I had attended. Wasted mine and the midwives time. Absolutely ridiculous.
