I was told in October I had high cholesterol. I took statins for a month and was due a blood test to check if they are working. I was told they would call me and book an appointment for November - made sense . My appointment is in March and therefore my one month of statins will bear no relevance at all. NHS thinking things through while wasting public money and putting lives at risk. What a joke Whatβs worse is they knew my cholesterol was high in Jan 24 but only let me know in October Itβs not overwork, itβs poor management and incompetence. Hope someone reads this and thinks for once Alas I fear that having no financial accountability, they will continue in this way demanding more and delivering less.

Way surpassed my expectations. The Physio was very understanding and knowledgeable and showed me the anatomy of the thumb & the tendon he thought was the problem on screen. I had an x-ray the same day in Homerton Hospital and I was also given videos of very clear rehab exercises to do from the Physio at BH I am very happy J D****in

I attended Barton house for essential travel injections. I was late for my appointment but I was reassured by the staff team and the nurse welcome me. I was very pleased with the service. Thank you.

No delay/ waiting time for appointment. Julian ( physiotherapist) was very thorough, professional and attentive. Providing sound advice and guidance. Useful information forwarded for my review. Very productive.

I went to Barton House Surgery for my flu jab this morning. It was a really pleasant experience and good to see familiar faces of staff I already knew. They were friendly, efficient and professional and I was reminded of why Iβm pleased this has been my surgery for so many years β¦ Whether doctors, nurses or reception staff, I have always felt confident that I receive the best treatment they can give, from people usually with a smile on their faces, however demanding the situation can sometimes be. Thank you, Sue

Always excellent service at Barton House. Flu clinic was a breeze...reception to HCA that did my flu. The clinic appears to be run so easy (I am sure it takes a whole lot more organisation behind the scenes). Love you all!

Customer service from Emel Binboga. Emel has exceeded my expectations with her professionalism. She is always polite, courteous and helpful. She is patient and always tries to help with any query. She is an asset to your practice.

I've been a patient here for almost 25 years. It has consistently provided excellent medical expertise and care (ask any consultant at local hospitals). I've watched them work their socks off in the last several years despite savage cuts, and then deal with Covid on top of this and can't see how they can do it year after year (and risk their lives during the epidemic). The addition of telephone appointments, photo apps, online prescriptions, etc has been great and has cut out a lot of wasted time.

Iβm constantly amazed by the brilliant medical service that is Barton House. As a 50-something, the sheer range of services offered to me by the nhs and executed by Barton House over the last few years has been mind blowing. And my experience is that it has become even better since the pandemic with the telephone screening system. Itβs an incredibly efficient practice, the frontline staff are courteous and well informed and the doctors are kind, thoughtful and overdeliver. Excellent follow up at the very shiny well equipped Homerton too. And all this for free! Iβm gobsmacked and appalled by recent GP criticism. (The appointment system - web and phone - does need urgent work but dial in and hold to speak to someone and youβll be sorted in no time.)

Iβve just returned from being away for six years. I attended this practice along with my daughter from very young through adolescence and beyond. I was always impressed with doctors and receptionists. Now returned, Iβve found the service excellent. Iβm quite disgusted at the reviews giving 1 star because of the phone line. This is a problem throughout the Uk. Iβve moved 5 times in the last 6 years & I can tell you there are some terrible practices out there and this is not one of those! Iβve actually found some of the most compassionate doctors here. I was met with genuine kindness throughout the years. I got referred to who I needed to. Issues were resolved. The NHS is struggling. I just think we need to Support it & those working in it. I had so many terrible problems with practices in Hastings. The receptionist were unbelievably rude & negligent. I have found the receptionists very helpful at BH.
