What a joke. The bronze health screen at Β£180 is NOT done by a GP or consultant but by a health advisor. This make it non claimable for my insurance. Had I known I wouldn't have booked here. Edit : For that price (Β£180 for 30mins) and considering that it has "Doctors" in its name, one would think that it would be performed by doctors. Very expensive for what it is .

Dr Mark Armoogum was very diligent in taking a holistic view of my symptoms and recommending a solution. His report was quick turnaround and explained things in a way that was reassuring.

Was definitely not happy with the service he provided. I recommend the clients do their homework before visiting this establishment. I would say our hard earned cash was easy money for them. BE CAREFUL

My experience was fantastic. The doctor was professional and friendly poo. The doctor listened to my issue, restated it to me and diagnosed the issue. He was very thorough throughout the entire visit. In the end, he came up with a good treatment plan that was easy to follow. I would recommend this service while traveling throughout the UK.

GP was great and thorough. However, I am with Vitality health insurance and I did not know this practice is connected with them (and possibly others) which allows you to pay a significantly reduced price if you book with the insurance, except when booking directly on LDC website, there is no option for this or advice on that this is even possible and how to complete a booking to obtain this. When I raised this to the practice they disregarded my request for a refund of the difference citing their terms and conditions with vitality. As a first time patient who didnβt know better this was disappointing. Would be helpful to have some guidance on this in the booking page. Overall the GP service received was good and I would still use this service again.

I went for a PRA test, advertised at Β£72. I was asked for a Β£45 deposit, and paid it. On arrival I was told that an additional Β£72 was required for the test. The Β£45 was a βconsultation feeβ. No mention of that when I booked. I left without paying a penny more, and complained to the ASA. NB. The clinic has since given me a full refund

Today is 2 September and I would like to share my experience within this clinic. I went there today to do my day 5 test as I have done my day 2 test At London bridge clinic Which was absolutely pleasant. I arrived there at 12:15 for my appointment at 12:20. When I got there I was told that. My appointment was 2:20. I actually changed my 2:20 appointment to 12:20 and I showed receptionist (Who actually doesn't work for the clinic) the email confirmation. He was very helpful after I told him that I had to come back home for a video conference at 1:30 so i wouldn't be able to wait until 2:20. He tried to get hold of the nurse But With no success. I tried calling the the company's number But nobody picks up the phone for half an hour, which was beyond my comprehension. Around 12:50, the nurse came back with a lot of shopping. She didn't apologize. She didn't ask me to confirm my name and my DOB. I absolutely hate it the way she did the PCR test. It was very heavy handed. She was very unprofessional and very unpleasant. This is frankly speaking, the worst healthcare experience I had. And by the end of the day, I paid 99 pounds to them. I don't know where to launch a formal complaint about this. But without verification of personal information, and started doing the test is frankly a dangerous act. This is the basic thing she, as a nurse should have known. I will find out where to log a formal complaint for the fact that it might cause harm to patients one day.

Twice I've been here and I've been dissatisfied for different reason, first time I had a chest infection for over a month pop in to get it checked, was basically told to wait and see, pointless. Second time she was 30 mins late, was late back to work and I couldn't get lunch because of that, what's the point of having a appointment if your just going to completely ignore it. Also the door is razer thin, I I heard everything the previous 2 patient was discussing.

I have used the clinics a number of times and always found the service and the quality of the medical care to be excellent. Appointments are invariably available the next day and there are a number of convenient locations. The last time I went I also had a blood test and got the results back the same day which highly impressed me.

Very impressed with the speed at which I was able to get an appointment. Also in terms of professionalism, Dr. Knight was easily one of the best I've ever encountered, patient, knowledgeable and reassuring. Doctors here can also prescribe on site and send letters over email. The only downside is the location of the clinic which is hidden aware in a labyrinth of other offices and not well signposted. I got stuck on the floor below before my appointment because of the badly designed security system. Highly recommend you find the reception first and then ask for directions from there which I found after exiting and then re-entering the building.
