The professionals at London Doctors clinic were just that "professionals". Visiting from overseas and got sick they were nearby, available and made a potentially bad situation very easy and smooth.

I booked my appointment on the same day. The GP was super helpful, empathetic and understanding. Very easy to find in the business design centre. Highly recommended and I will definitely go back! Jade in the reception was lovely and super helpful!
Really great experience. The appointment was right on time, I was readily diagnosed, and good follow up instructions given, with a referral for future treatment if needed. And very reasonably priced. Don't let the small size of the office deter you.
Could not be more disappointed with my experience with this practice. My infant daughter was refused (despite being visibly distressed with an extremely high temperature and mild dehydration) as we were 6 minutes late for our appointment due to train breakdowns. The receptionist (who was very kind)c told us the doctor would not see us as we were over 5 minutes late (even though we had phoned ahead to alert the practice we were stuck on the train). My 20 month old daughter had an extreme temperature and needed to be seen. How could a late policy trump medical intervention of an infant? I find this policy extremely unethical. I did everything I could to get there on time, circumstances were against me and your policies should be situation dependent. Your doctor SHOULD have seen my very ill daughter regardless of being 6 minutes late. Will never use this lack of service again, and would not recommend the practice.
horrendous. very very poor service. late for appointment as receptionist was chatting on the phone then they told me I had to rebook even though it was their fault then they called saying we are banned from booking because we were aggressive yet didn't even ask for the full story on what happened! AVOID AVOID AVOID FRAUDULENT COMPANY
Very very bad service. We had to wait 20 minutes at doctors room for him to figure out what to do. He couldn't find the tools needed. Results were late 3 days. Will never think about visiting
Had an excellent visit to the Waterloo Clinic and saw Dr. Houda Ounnas. She was very attentive, and approachable. She was very attentive to my health concerns, knowledgeable and friendly. Her service was outstanding . All the staff at the clinic were also really friendly.
Excellent service, nothing I can honestly complain about. The receptionist was very nice and helped booking an appointment in the most geographically convenient clinic for me, she was able to offer an appointment within an hour in waterloo, the clinic is in front of the station so super easy to get to. The consultation was with doctor Jay B., friendly an knowledgeable, he went above and beyond the call of duty, understood my anxiety and gave me a call as soon as he had the results back from the Lab, I truly appreciated it. The price, £55, for the consultation seems fair considering you virtually have to wait only few minutes or hours to see a real doctor in central London, in a nice, clean and perfumed clinic, I’m not sure I would pay an higher price though. At the current rate I will definitely use them in the future if needed. I have notice and appreciated also the attention to the privacy, the form filled at the arrival in the clinic was processed by the receptionist and then shredded immediately while the lab results have been shared electronically with me via email with access via a secure site protected by password.
