My laser treatment with Holly was amazing! I was really nervous as I hadn't had laser in 3 years, it was a new branch and I was having a bad day but she was made me feel so at ease, was really professional and brightened up my day with her kidness. Thank you Holly!
I've been coming here for almost a year and very few attendees were friendly. Im very sensitive to pain, couldnt share with previous attendees .Today I was attended by Holly, she had been very friendly and helpful. Thanks to her making me feel comfortable with the appointment on overall and helping with reducing setting when it was painful. Thank you again. I had best customer experience today.
Amazing salon with great service. Laser technician Ella is really good, detail-oriented and fast with her work. I also recently had a full-body session with Holly, she was extremely friendly, reassuring and a must have as a technician for laser! I loved her.
I’ve been left very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. The last time I purchased a laser hair removal package, it was reserved for me after expiring without any issue. This time, I’ve been told it’s “clinic policy” not to extend packages, which feels unfair and inconsistent. To be honest, it feels like money has been taken straight out of my pocket. Part of the reason I couldn’t use all my sessions was because I was pregnant, and during that time laser hair removal isn’t safe. Even with that in mind, there was no flexibility or consideration offered. I had already looked past the constant change of therapists and how rushed the service often felt — more like a fast food chain than a professional clinic. The only plus side was the affordability, but I guess you get what you pay for: average service at best.
Absolutely unprofessional and completely unreliable. They gave me false information about a facial, causing me to waste an entire day—took time off work, travelled to the clinic, only to be told I couldn’t have the treatment. No apology, no accountability. Just indifference. I gave them a second chance—booked again, took another day off—only to receive a last-minute cancellation the night before. This level of disorganisation is unacceptable for any business, let alone a clinic people trust with their time, money, and care. Their customer service is non-existent, and it’s painfully clear they only care about taking your money. This used to be my go-to clinic, but after this disgraceful experience, I regret ever supporting them. They’ve lost a loyal customer for good.
I've had excellent results with my laser hair removal treatment. The customer service and attention to detail at Laser Clinic UK - Bromley is top quality. The manager Chanel and therapist Taylor are the best, keep up the good work.
I have been attending here over a year now . Impeccable service received by the manager Chanel, she is always so professional, absolutely lovely ,looks fabulous on reception and I love the fact she will step in and do treatments where needed to make sure good standards are kept within this organization. Daily one of the ladies who do my treatments,she is absolutely amazing too.She is very friendly also very meticulous with my treatments ,which is very important to me.I can say I am always happy with my results. I believe she has over 20 experience and she knows what she’s doing. I would highly recommend them.
Awful service. They refused to treat me on the basis that I jogged there (despite the fact I've already had 6 sessions at the Clapham branch and 1 at this one and done the same each time). I suggested that they see me later that day but they wanted me to wait for three hours for the 30 minute treatment. The manager then said that she was unauthorised to give me a refund and had to send an email to the owner to check whether a refund was possible (despite the fact that they were the ones to refuse to treat me). Very illogical reasoning given the number of treatments I've already had. Inconsistent and unreliable. I won't be back.
The best service from the most welcoming team. You are always greeted with a smile as soon as you walk through the door. I’ve been coming here since Jan 2020 for various laser treatments and as soon as I had my first appointment I could see the difference. The team are professional and make you feel extremely comfortable. This will always be my go to place for all things laser!
Staff are always warm and friendly, with superb industry knowledge and experience that I trust. Have had a number of laser hair removal sessions and the hair just seems to be disappearing. I’m am of Afro-Caribbean heritage and trust them completely with my treatments. Thanks again guys, see you soon.
