Iโve been visiting The Shirley Practice on and off for a few years, and it has really helped with my migraines. The head and neck treatments make a noticeable difference in both the symptoms and the frequency. Ben is fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. The environment is calm and relaxing, and I really appreciate that he uses scentโfree products, as strong fragrances can trigger my migraines. The sessions are also affordable, which makes it easier to book treatments when I need them. Highly recommend.

Ben is brilliant and I have seen him for almost every sporting injury Iโve had (of which there have been a few) be that gym injuries or sports related injuries. Itโs competitively priced and you donโt have to wait weeks for an appointment, you can usually call up and get a choice of times the next day if not the same day. Canโt recommend enough.

I went to see Ben after suffering a neck/shoulder muscle problem. He was recommended by a friend. I had three sessions with him and it was very helpful. I will certainly return if I need to. He was attentive and professional. It was not overly expensive, and it was money well spent.

Have just seen Ben on a friendโs recommendation for lower back and neck pain. Delighted with my first treatment - felt so much better after being expertly massaged and stretched out. Have suffered for years with back and neck problems and will definitely return for further sessions - I feel at last I might get some long term relief. Many thanks, Ben.

I tolerated excruciating pain for 3 weeks , tried absolutely everything to the point I would have cried if it didnโt make it worse. Saw Ben once and as soon as he started the massage I was feelingโyes, this will workโ! It did. Obviously I was in pain still for a couple more days, but the movement in my neck was so much easier. Would highly recommend him.

Ben is 5* very professional, friendly, and very good at his job. Every time I have a problem with my back, neck or arm, I know just where to go. And after the first session the next day Iโm already feeling much better, by the following session the pain is gone. Thank you ben I canโt sing your praise enough and Iโve been back to you year after year.

Just finished a series of treatments with Ben for a shoulder / upper arm injury. The sessions were rigorous, thorough and professionally executed and I could feel the benefits as treatments progressed. Appointment times were adhered to and no waiting around. All Covid-19 measures in place. Should the need arise in future Ben will be my first point of call.

I saw Ben a couple of years ago for a shoulder problem and his service was excellent. I've been having lower back pain for the past couple of weeks and Ben has once again been working his magic. Simple no fuss treatment carried out by an expert. Highly recommended.

I contacted Ben after tweaking something in my back whilst training which wasn't getting any better. I was very surprised to be offered an appointment that same evening which I gratefully accepted. I found Ben to be very professional and knowledgeable; following a thorough initial examination he started treatment that same session and the next day things were much improved. I have been back for further treatment sessions to address other niggles and received the same first class service each and every time. I would highly recommend Ben as an Osteopath.
