   I’ve had two Potenza sessions with Maninder so far, and both experiences have been excellent. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatments. She took the time to explain the process clearly, checked in with me during the session, and ensured everything was done with care. I really appreciated her calm and reassuring approach, which made the experience much more relaxing.

   I had a treatment done with Maninder Kaur, and she is absolutely amazing! She did an incredible job with my Potenza treatment. I had very stubborn acne marks on my cheeks, and I can already see a huge reduction. Maninder explained everything so clearly and gave me proper aftercare advice, which I really appreciated. I also get my laser treatments done by her, and she is always so lovely, friendly, and professional. I had such an amazing experience and truly felt well taken care of. I can’t wait for my next appointment. Highly recommend

   I’ve been taking laser hair removal sessions at this location and my experience so far has been really good. Maninder has been very professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the process. She explains everything clearly, makes you feel comfortable during the sessions, and takes the time to answer any questions. The clinic is clean and well organised. Overall, it’s been a positive experience, and I’d definitely recommend Maninder.

   Very scary to know that this ''therapists'' have no professional training, or any courses, or any diplomas to show that they have been learning from professionals. I have confirmed with 3 of them that they learn from fellow colleagues or learning by doing among themselves and especially on each one of us. I have finished 14 sessions and attached a picture with my under arm to show you my results. They say that after every session they will increase the setting but that's not happening. I had a decrease on my last 3 sessions on every settings. When I question that, the lady smiled and she said she can't talk to me regarding the machine settings. I mean that's my skin, my body and I thing I should know every time what is happening before I trust them to treat my skin. Everyone seems to be nice, polite and helpful but the actual treatment is not working. It is very obvious that they are instructed to make people to by more sessions.

   Great service. From reception (booking the appointment, on the day of attendance) to the amazing therapist who was so kind and professional during treatment, it was a really great service. They took time to speak to me as I was nervous. Super happy and looking forward to being hair free lols. They were also all really knowledgeable about black skin which is excellent (reception and therapists).

   If you think you’ll never have to shave again, think again. I have olive skin and dark hair and have been having full body laser hair removal for a while. I have found that hairs growing through aren’t as thick, but I do still have to shave every 2 days. My husband is pale skinned with dark hair and the laser hair removal on his back didn’t work at all. We have both had 9 sessions each. The turnover of staff is also constant, meaning you have a new clinician every time which isn’t ideal as they vary in approach. The strict policy on 48 hour cancellations doesn’t work both ways - the clinic cancelled my appointment same day and I received no compensation. However, when I had to cancel my next appointment, I was told my session would be lost. Overall, for the amount of money and effort involved, I wouldn’t recommend it. You will notice the difference at first, but it won’t be long lasting.

   Second session and despite other comments I’ve seen I genuinely have noticed improvement even after my first session. My legs literally had no hair regrowth whatsoever (I have pretty coarse leg hair) so I’m excited to see what’s in store after this is done. This reviews especially for Lorraine who’s been amazing. She really makes sure you’re comfortable with the strength of the laser. and was constantly asking me if I was okay. Generally I think the service she provided just felt better and more thorough as well as professional than my first time. So good so far!

   Frankly, I rate this place! Customer service never fails to impress me every time I visit the clinic. Always attentive and careful. Even the price range, the bundles you can get for such an affordable cost. However, I have to mention Adeline, she’s amazing, always ready to help, and accommodate to my needs. As for the treatment, it works! My hair stopped growing. Definitely worth it!
