   I had my treatment with Ashley She was so nice and calm from the beginning and very highly professional. She made me super comfortable with the session even though it was my first time with her I want to book my top up sessions with her. She did it very patiently and I felt pretty much covered the whole area. She also was continually asking me if I was doing ok. 10/10 for her as a therapist and customer service

   I am writing to formally raise concerns regarding my recent appointment, specifically the inconsistent application of your late/no-show policy, the handling of appointment scheduling, and the standard of customer service provided. The clinic contacted me the day before my appointment to change my scheduled time. I attended at the revised time and arrived punctually. Despite this, I was kept waiting for over 20 minutes due to staff shortages. While I understand that operational issues can arise, this is particularly disappointing given that the appointment time had already been altered at the clinic’s request. By comparison, on a previous occasion when I arrived late, I was recorded as a no-show with no flexibility shown. This highlights an inconsistency in how expectations and accountability are applied between clients and the clinic. In addition, the service provided once the appointment began was rushed, which appeared to be a direct result of the earlier delay. The level of customer service was also poor; both the practitioner and the receptionist on duty demonstrated little customer care, and there was no attempt to acknowledge or professionally manage the delay. If punctuality is strictly enforced for clients, it should be matched by the same level of accountability, consistency, and service standards on the clinic’s side. These are fundamental expectations of any professional service. I would appreciate acknowledgement of these concerns, clarification of how your policies are applied in practice, and an appropriate service recovery gesture in recognition of the experience.

   Rima is by far the best laser specialist. She always ensures to cleanse the area beforehand and doesn’t miss any spots. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. When conducting the treatment she always makes it as least painful as possible and is thoroughly. When I book my top up appointments I am going to make sure they are only with her. I wish I could rate her higher than 5.

   I recently completed my 10 sessions for laser hair removal for full legs, underarms and full bikini and I am very happy with the results. I am happy I found somewhere reliable as I had been searching for a good laser hair removal place for some time. I had very thick hair to begin with and it has become significantly finer. Every session was great from start to finish. The staff are very nice and professional with great advice. Also the prices for packages are good considering I had treatment for multiple body parts. I will be coming back for top ups. Thanks!

   I’ve had around 15 sessions so far for my bikini. Most sessions in Victoria, and 2 in Cabot place. I started seeing results in the Victoria clinic and then my moved to Canary Wharf. Not only I’m not seeing the result in Canary Wharf, but everything is growing back (even in the parts where I had no hairs already). The therapist I had in Canary Wharf was lovely. She’s done every single mm that I’ve asked and I don’t think it’s her fault because she’s used the same settings that worked for me before. So I’m assuming this type of laser is not suitable for me (or it’s outdated or something) which should’ve been mentioned when I has my revision session at a different branch. This is the biggest waste of my time and money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

   6 weeks ago I was with Becky for my 4th treatment if I remembered her name correctly, she is super professional and friendly! Gentle, fast, without achy feelings! Love her and hopefully highly recommend her. And after the 4th treatment I have a significant outcome on the hair removal, literally I don’t have much hairs on my treated parts!
