I have been a frequent visitor to this practice for both blood tests and GP consultations. The absolute highlight of this clinic is Rakhshanda Khan, hands down the most talented phlebotomist I have ever seen. Getting my blood drawn is usually a struggle for me, yet she consistently makes it so fast and effortless. She truly is a pro. Nurse Lauryn Murdoch is equally wonderful. She is so gentle, kind, and possessing an amazing bedside manner. Furthermore, the service from receptionist Sam was truly exceptional. She is so thoughtful and lovely. She proactively noticed an earlier GP appointment had become available and offered it to me. That level of service is remarkable! For anyone using GP at Hand, this is, without a doubt, their best clinic to attend (and I speak from experience, having visited all of them).

I had a vaccination with Rakhshanda Khan - and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had. The entry point on my arm was so subtle, I didn’t notice a thing. She struggled to find where to put the plaster afterwards. She was patient, calm, caring, and had such a gentle touch. I will be making sure that I book with her again if ever I need another vaccination round completed.

Truly Excellent Care and Personal Touch. I recently had a visit to this GP office for a blood draw, and I felt compelled to leave a review due to the exceptional care I received. I want to give special recognition to the phlebotomist, Rakhshanda was on duty that day. She was not only incredibly professional and efficient but also genuinely kind and reassuring. At this practice, they took the time to ensure I was comfortable and clearly explained the process, which made a significant difference. It was such a breath of fresh air to be treated so well as a person, and not just like a number on a list. This level of personalised, caring service is rare and deeply appreciated. Highly recommend this practice for their compassionate approach to patient care!

I had a blood test scheduled for 4 November and mistakenly came in too early. The receptionist was extremely lovely and offered to see if anyone could see me today. Fortunately, both nurses agreed to see me. Rakshande Khan saw me and do the blood test with the tiniest needle and in the quickest most pain free way. Extremely professional, lovely clean practise. Thank you so much. I had a lovely first experience with GP at Hand.

Pathetic experience. Please stay away from Babylon as your GP. I would have given zero starts if I had the option. I got late today by 16 mins for my appointment as there was a fire at canary wharf station but the GPs are so inconsiderate that they asked me to rebook. I told them multiple times of the fire and that they can check the news as well but there was no regard. Totally useless.

GPs do not honour their appointments. 4pm appointment on Monday, GP called at 4:27 but I wasn’t around anymore. On Tuesday the appointment was 10:30am. The GP recorded trying to call me and cancelled the appointment at 10:47, but I had not received any missed callsβ€”this is a complete lie. Zero credibility, and not up to basic standards of just showing up and honouring and appointment. Not to give too much detail, but I’m not needing to see a GP just for fun.

Awful service. Specially the Clinique at Canary Wharf. They have cancelled several appointments less than two hours before the actual appointment. No consideration at all for patients’ time. I don’t recommend to anyone. No difference from standard NHS long waiting times and awful patient service.

Cancellation of my appointment twice within 24hours without even an apology from the receptionist at the front desk! Most unfriendly and awful receptionist I have came across for a very long time. They seem to have zero compassion towards someone who had just took two afternoons off at work, took all the preparation medication ahead of the injection I have to receive, and just ignored all that and tell me to go away and come back yet another time. It takes literally 60 seconds for me to receive an injection from them, and it takes me 2hr plus additional medication that I have to take on advanced with side effects I have to all suffer for no reasons. She won’t even just ask around if another clinician could just quickly give me my jab between another appointment- it is literally 60 sec and would have saved me from another round of unpleasant meds I have to take because of their 3rd mistakes within the same week. Totally don’t care that actually they work for us the tax payers. The first time they told me they made a mistake I don’t fuss, I get it, but 3rd time within one week that I don’t understand, especially it’s is easily fixed if they just try and get anyone to spare 60sec for an injection.

Really nice, clean and comfortable. The waiting room is the poshest I've ever been in! Friendly reception staff and I also got an appointment surprisingly easy though the app. Just had to wait a bit for my appointment, even though I showed up on time. But that's to be expected from what I've experienced at all other public health services.
