   Absolutely awful experience with Laser Carnaby Clinic. I completed my laser hair removal and IPL training in 2022, and it has taken them almost three years to give me my certificate, completely unacceptable. Their communication is a joke. I sent email after email with no response, and every time I called, I was told the manager wasn’t available or would call me back (she never did). I had to chase them for years just to get something I had already paid for. Their excuse was that they “closed the central London clinic,” which is pathetic that’s no reason to ignore students or delay certificates for years. Because of their incompetence, I couldn’t get a job in the industry since I had no proof of qualification. This place is unprofessional, disorganised, and unreliable. They take your money and disappear. Avoid them at all costs.

   I’ve been going to [ Carnaby laser clinic ] for laser hair removal on my underarms and legs, I chose this clinic because of the great reviews and their transparent pricing. The staff is incredibly professional friendly and made me feel comfortable from day one. The treatments were quicker and less painful than I expected, and they always checked in to make sure I was comfortable. It’s been worth every penny. I highly recommend. You must chose and go to Carnaby laser clinic.You won’t be disappointed!

   Have been coming here for a few years now for laser hair removal and hydrofacials. I have noticed a significant amount of hair reduction and better skin! Haven’t needed a top up for over a year now and have hardly any growth! Very clean and hygienic salon and great customer service, such friendly faces! Prices are very competitive and even better when there’s deals!

   I’m so glad I found Carnaby Laser Clinic! I’ve always been self-conscious about my uneven skin, but their treatments have made such a difference. The staff were super friendly and explained everything clearly, which made me feel really comfortable. My skin looks smoother and healthier, and I finally feel confident without having to hide behind makeup. Highly recommend!

   Although there seems to be quite a few positive reviews, I cannot say mine will be the same. Firstly, I spent a week trying to get an appointment for teeth whitening. I tried via email and phone. Eventually I managed to get a booking. Turns out they can only do teeth whitening on a Thursday. I took the next available appointment, being 16th…assuming of the same month I’m calling in. Turns out it’s over 1 month away and I only found out upon arriving. Although the lady on reception was pleasant and said she will listen back to the phone all, it’s simply ridiculous the hassle I’ve gone through to get an appointment, and the 1 month wait. If the practice is over subscribed, take your offer down from Wowcher or make it clear there’s a wait of atleast 1 month for a treatment. Shame really as I’m local and was being the teeth whitening Guinea pig for my friends, and was definitely interested in asking about other treatments. So yes, completely out of by the difficulties in contacting, lack of availability and, the error in booking.

   Be aware of the 40 pounds charge if you have to reschedule your appointment, I refused to pay and lost 90 pounds prepaid treatment. Genuine explanation and pictures of my non self inflicted injury to my face that would prevent me to have the treatment wasn’t accepted by the heartless receptionist. I am still looking to find on their friendly looking website regarding this charge without success, maybe simple mentioning about their terms and conditions would have made a big difference and I wouldn’t lose my money. I don’t doubt it’s an excellent place to receive treatments but when something goes wrong, don’t expect the same treatment.
