   Alex at PureForm in Bromley has been brilliant. The exercises he gave me have been spot on in helping me. I have not only got back to where I was originally after my knee issues, but I am confident I can get even stronger than I was before.    Alex was my physio for a year following an ACL reconstruction and additional 2nd surgery, and in short my experience with him was fantastic. Every session was tailored to my progress, results and concerns, he set me clear goals and kept me motivated towards them, gave me confidence to push when I was nervous, and reigned me in when I was getting carried away. I felt like I came away from every session with progress, and with a plan on what to work on next. As well as that, Alex ensured that I understood why we were doing different exercises at different times and their impact on my body, which gave me the knowledge and confidence to include other exercises of my choice into our rehab plan and to feel in control of my recovery. All the while being a lovely bloke. 10/10

   Have been receiving treatment from Elodie since Oct last year, a very knowledgeable Osteopath explains everything even if I don't understand the medical terms. My previous 2 treatment practice's werent very helpful in the long term so I switched to Pureform. So far so good after 2 referal's later things seem to be slowly improving a great clinic with lots of other service's on offer.
